The manager, or whoever she was. Was super rude. Really bad customer service from her end. I asked for her name and she did not want to tell me.
If you don’t like when customers ask questions then don’t work at a place where it’s going to happen. Appreciated the other associates time and patience though.

This store’s customer service sucks big time I’ve lived here for 25 years and came into the store twice. The second time was last week and I remember why I don’t go here. I spent four hours in the store. They don’t know their inventory. They advise me to go online and that’s when it even got worse the website is so limited it’s no wonder I have not been able to buy anything here it’s actually a challenge . I seriously wish I could get assistance in the store or online.
Thought I’d give them another shot this morning, and I called the store in Cordelia and spoke to a female who answered the phone at 12:40 I asked her if they had fringe women’s short sleeve blouse,
she stated she cannot help me without a style or SKU number, I saw this blouse in this store last week my best friend bought one they have 3 colors I just wanted her to check to see what sizes where available .
This store Customer service sucks!!!! Big time . Not all of them are lazy workers . Definitely never going back !!!

Visited the Fairfield store on 11th April, the lady on the checkout who wants to travel to the UK & Germany (didn't catch her name) is so attentive and an amazing advocate for Boot Barn, customer service excellence, she is a credit to the company. Great shopping experience

Went to Boot Barn in Fairfield for a pair of cowboy boots for work. Gabe was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different styles and types of boots and where they were made. Good guy and great customer service made me feel welcome in the store.

My husband and I walked in for a return and an exchange he had called for earlier in the day. 3 white males had to ask us what we were looking for when we walked in. Then took my husbands return to hold up front.. we looked around for a few minutes with no help and honestly we just weren't feeling the vibe so we got in line. There were 2 people at the register until we got in line and he walked away, making us wait. Ava was at the register helping and she is horrific. She flirted with my husband the entire time I stood there making both of us feel HIGHLY uncomfortable. She kept mentioning how big my husbands feet are and how size 11 and up are SUCH big feet. My husband said he felt so uncomfortable the entire time and like she was insinuating sexual comments towards him. The selection is really small and no one will help you if you need it even with 10+ employees working there.
