This is for the one in Vacaville , 751 E Monte Vista Ave. I've been with Boost about 10 years now. Never had an issue with them. Untill now, and it wasn't my service, it was customer service.. I called on the 4th. of November.. few days back. They answered, I said I have a question about my payment, He said , hold on, so I did, 20 minutes later he gets back on, and I tell him why I'm calling and he said , you don't call us , call payment support.. I said ok, I wish you had just said that when you answered the phone, I waited 20 minutes.. I wasn't rude. He tells me Well I got customers and hangs up on me.. it's was extremely rude. Disrespectful and uncalled for..

This specific location reeks like mildew, and the customer service is awful. The clerk was on his phone texting the whole time instead of helping.. and when he did help he was incapable of doing anything and had to get his manager to fix my phone... I had asked them to fix my microphone hardware and my screen and when they supposedly did it only made my screen worse, it was extremely discolored, slow responding, and the casing was the wrong color from the phone instead.. They also didn't even fix the microphone even after charging me for both the screen and the microphone repair. Not to mention they also took the phone case off my phone and completely took it. Being inconsiderate that I paid for it. Essentially charging me more..for a repair to not even work. Absolutely do NOT go here and find some place with better reviews to go to.

As soon as I walked in the girl looked at us super snobby and I said hi to her and she didn't even say hi back. And it looks like someone else has encountered this too. The associates here were rude and not friendly I have no idea why they would hire them. Also I extended my plan for I can get unlimited cell phone service I México and I got a message saying I will be charged 50 cents a message and 2 dollars for calling a minute don't know if it's a mistake or not but regardless horrible customer service no wonder no one goes there.

Horrible service!! If I could give ZERO stars then I would. Walked into store and cashier lady with long dirty blonde hair did not even acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter to address her and ask a question about a phone , but when I stood at the counter she still never looked up from the screen. So I began my question anyway and she still ignored me. Finally, I asked "Are you busy?" And without any apology she said "No." I ended up getting my question answered finally, but she did not even offer me any additional solutions or service.

I had a great experience with vanessa. She was very knowledgable and helped my daughter and I get the perfect phones.We got to spin the wheel for a prize. I would highly recommend this metro location in Fairfield.

After 20 years of AT&T, I finally decided that I was sick and tired of being screwed over. Their customer service has deteriorated drastically over the years & they are so overpriced! I wasn't sure which service to go with and a friend told me to check out MetroPCS. I never would have thought to check them out. It was not one of the options I had considered, but my friend told me that there was no contract and cheap. He told me that I could just switch to MetroPCS while I shopped other carriers and I could always switch to another carrier if I found a better plan. He was right! I was driving by and saw the store. I thought to myself, "What the heck! Let me just see what they have to offer." I am so glad I did! AT&T had caused so many problems with my account that there was a $50 balance showing on my account which I refused to pay for! It took 3 weeks to get it corrected and cleared! It was their error, but it took 3 weeks to correct! Then, they wouldn't release my phone number for me to go to another carrier while this was all going on. The guy at MetroPCS told me that this was illegal. He got my number from AT&T and set me up with my new service, a brand new phone, which was very similar to my Galaxy S7. It was all so hassle free! I now have unlimited data, text, and calls for half the price I was paying AT&T for 3G of data. If you ever decide you are sick of your service and want to check out a really great provider, check out MetroPCS! Coverage is awesome! Where I live, cell service is very limited. It use to be that only AT&T had service in our community at Hiddenbrooke. Now, there are a couple more carriers who can actually get service here. And MetroPCS actually gets great coverage here! And I am always on their 4G network here. I don't know about other stores, but the customer service I received here was great! Ask for Sam! He knows everything about cell service, even other networks and carriers!

had great customer service . added deals that were a steal for their customers. i brought two plans on one rate for one phone cool huh. they had some of the lowest prices around for only a fraction of the cost. thanks boost. the families choice.

If your phone is not working properly and it is still under warranty, they will have you ship out your phone to their company for 2-4 weeks until they fix it. This is absurd! Who can be without their phone for even just a couple of hours these days, let alone 2-4 weeks! OMG Boost Mobile this is 2012, almost 2013!!!! Why can't you just replace the phone at no charge, no questions asked like Virgin Mobile does? That's who will be taking my business instead of you guys now. Way to take care of your customers!
