I've been a loyal customer at Bill's Shop for many years. While Bill typically handles my husband's car, he usually can't work on my 2012 Volkswagen. This time, though, I had an issue with the starter, and Bill said he could help. Not only did he fix the ignition, but I was also able to keep my keys, which was a huge relief. Thanks Bill! :-)

Had a great experience here. Had a issue with my explorer. Bill informed me of the problem and that it could be delayed fixing. I chose to fix it immediately but the honestly will bring me back. His mechanics seemed knowledgeable and like good guys also. Same day turn around.

Got a horrible iffy surprise estimate from Les Schwab today. All from a complimentary tire rotation. Got my car down off their rack and drive straight to Bills. Alas, nothing was as stated by Schwab. Bills repairs were a quarter of Schwabs quote. And my car is happy and repaired! THANKS TO BILL!!! People, don't take your car anywhere else!!!

Bill is the man, I personally work on my own cars but when it came to changing both the upper and lower control arms along with tie rods on my 2001 dodge Ram 1500 RWD, I did not have the time nor a lift to make this job easy. Before I stumbled on Bill I called multiple shops to get quotes and everywhere quoted me $1500 for parts and labor. It comes down to either these shops have no idea on the job or have too much overhead that they have to account for.I ended up ordering my own parts from rockauto for a total of $350 (upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends, tie rod adjustment sleeves) and Bill charged me $400 for labor for the entire job. I am grateful to find a helpful mechanic in the Fairfield area who is honest and does a great and fast job. Bill if you read this thank you very much and I'll see you again.Best,AJ

I had a strange noise coming out of the driver's side of my car recently. It was out of nowhere and it freaked me out because I take great care of my car and have never heard this noise before. A few weeks went by, and I knew I had to get the noise checked out.At first, I had a consultation with another place, and they were trying to charge me $205 JUST to look at what the issue could be. I had a feeling it was my weatherstripping on the driver's side, and I told them that. They said IF that was the issue, I would be charged the $205 still, $300 for the part, and labor costs were TBD. I knew this other place was going to try and rip me off. That's when I decided to call Bill. He told me to head down if I had time. Within 10 minutes, I was at Bill's shop and he took the time out of his busy day to take a look at my car. It was, indeed, a weatherstripping issue on the driver's side. Although he told me he does not do weatherstripping, he gave me advice on how to fix it. I ended up being able to fix my own weatherstripping on my car for $3 versus what the other place would have charged me (close to $1000 after everything was said and done). No more weird noise!!! Bill saved me so much time, money, and put my worries at ease. You can tell how knowledgeable he is and how passionate he is about his work. Very nice guy. If I ever have issues with my car in the future, I will definitely give him my business. I will recommend him to all friends and family.THANK YOU, BILL!!!

Bill is awesome! He's always very nice and willing to help people out. Very honest with his customers. He's always willing to explain what's going on with your car. I definitely trust him with my car and I will keep going back to his shop as long as I live in the area.
