“Doug converted two comfort bikes for us in 2016. We have almost 4000 miles on both. We have had only very minor problems with the bikes. We now live in Oregon but we still consult Doug whenever we have questions. He has been very good at responding to any questions and giving his advice. We are really happy with his service. “I recently took my bike to Rockville Bike for a checkup before hitting the road again after a two-year break. I met Mike, the new owner, at a Chamber of Commerce event, and he encouraged me to bring it by to ensure it was safe and ready for regular rides.
Mike and his team went above and beyond. He made a few suggestions, including an upgraded chain, and I decided to leave the bike with him for service. Later, he called to let me know my chain was actually in great shape and didn’t need replacing after all. I really appreciated that level of honesty—it’s refreshing to see a business focused on genuinely helping customers, not just making a sale.
