Very good but not perfect, sales was approaching superior but just few minor disappointments, overpriced warranty and especially the ceramic coating is way over. There was some cosmetic damage in the trailer, considering the cost one would not expect that!

We are so impressed with not only the quality of service provided, but the true service orientation and attention to detail. Our rig was in need of some minor repairs and a good bath, yet Armando and team identified and made recommendations that were appreciated and authorized. Our rig is our "home on wheels", so we practice preventative maintenance. We feel very grateful that the Airstream team wants to help us not only treat existing issues, but also prevent future ones. Thank you!

We were on an extended trip when we encountered several issues with our 2023 Globetrotter 27’ that needed to be addressed before we continued. We detoured to Fairfield because we were able to secure an appointment. Matt B was our service representative. I cannot emphasize enough what an excellent experience we had at Bay Area Airstream Adventures. Matt is the most knowledgeable service advisor we have ever worked with at any Airstream dealer. The service technicians were fantastic and both the techs and Matt saw little things that needed to be fixed outside of what we asked and took care of them. The issues we had were addressed timely and Matt walked us through all the repairs before we got back on the road. I only wished we lived close to this dealer. HIGHLY recommended!

I was told it will cost x for labor at the time of booking the service appointment to replace the stabilizer legs but ended up being charged for 2x for labor.
Dealership later offered to fill the gap with store credit so giving full stars

We purchased our trailer her and they have been behind us 100% since that. We’ve had some minor issues that were handled quickly and professionally. We take it there for cleaning and have had some extras upgraded. The sales team are really nice and the service department is top level.

The Service Department was absolutely outstanding! Not only did they perform the installation that I had requested, but they looked for anything else that might need adjusting or fixing purely on their own initiative. They fixed what they found with no additional cost. The installation price came in under budget. They finished the project, including the extra items that they found, four or five days before the expected delivery date. I couldn’t be happier.
