Oh, I just hate how BMO took over Bank of the West. It upsets me for so many reasons. But this branch puts the icing on the cake. They don't have anywhere to sign-in when you need to sit down and do business with someone, so you're just wondering around looking DUMB! And don't let it be a line, you'll really get ignored unless you wait in the line just to get told where to go once you get up there. Like, DUUH!! I had to stand here like an idiot because you guys weren't paying attention to me! They don't print paychecks for their customers. They charge you for cashier's checks. Their outside ATM works when it wants to, and I always leave that place in an annoyed mood. I cannot STAND it there!!! I'd rather drive all the way to Vacaville to get anything done! BMO is already bad enough but This BMO Branch is TERRIBLE!

I walked in last week with a check drawn on a BMO account and was basically refused service by the teller who was "Brown" and passing judgment. She took the check to an older "Brown " woman, pointed at the check, pointed at me, and returned to me after inspecting my two forms of identification and said that they didn't have money to cask it. WHAT?!?!?! HUH?!?!?!? Not at the BMO Financial Center? How comical is business services in Black and Brown communities. It's shameful how lazy these tellers were and I just didn't have the energy to make a fuss with management. Do better because I went right over to a BMO branch closer to my house, in Benicia, and an easy going unthreatened teller named Tammy did the work and cashed my check. I was even invited to open an account.

we've been bank of the west customers for 30 years. so needless to say when we didn't get our home equity bill I was surprised they didn't contact us at the right phone number which we updated with BofTW 3 years ago. I reached out to them when we didn't receiveit and was assured given that we had stellar paent history and had been with the bank for so long it would be reported that was a lie. o reached out to branch manager Fernando and he was worse than uselessnot even bothering to return my phone call when I asked for help. go anywhere else they've gone downhill and their customer service sucks.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I've been banking with them for years. Recently my account was compromised and they weren't worried at all. They were just worried about me closing the accounts. Fransisco acts like he knows everything and says he's been in this business for 30 years. With that much time you'd think he'd know how to treat clients. What a joke. And I might as well mention Carmen too she has a nasty attitude and snaps back quick. All the other tellers are cool and sucks that they are under the supervision of Fransisco. I came in today and he is yelling at all the tellers that the system is down and yada yada a whole lot of b******** Stay away they don't care and are rude

I am originally from a major city and moved close to Fairfield and the service is super slow at this branch. it's insane how slow they work, in addition there's many workers and you can literally stand there and workers won't help with the line like other banks usually do. maybe i'm just used to speedy service but this is ran by a retirement home and make sure you give yourself 20-30 additional minutes when you need to come in.

Today (01/04/2022) I waited for one hour and 5 minutes for a Bank of the West representative to answer my call and no representative picked up the line. This was my third attempt, and I am exasperated!

I paid my boat off on Nov 5 2021, and this bank has not sent me the title and it is now Dec 7 2021. I have made at least 3 calls to their customer service section which led to waiting for at the least 30 minutes to talk to someone. I realize there has been difficulty for business to provide customer service but this is totally unacceptable. This is my last transaction with Bank of the West. They suck Big Time!!!!!

Horrible place. I’ve routinely seen the manager here be unbelievably rude to customers. The branch phone for years hasn’t had an information menu - it’s just rings forever unanswered when they’re closed, and often when they’re open. They close unexpectedly all the time, even the hours they’re supposed to be open are extremely limited compared to other branches, and the hours listed on their website, google maps, Apple Maps, and even the corporate website are totally wrong. So that customers drive here from rural areas only to find it closed — with no way to obtain accurate operating hours.

Teller, Chaundra, is too busy having a social hour even though there is a line out the door. I watched her talk to the same customer for over 20 mins and only process a few transactions. I used to be a teller for Bank of the West, therefore I know how the system works. Very unprofessional branch.

DO NOT BANK HERE. My parent's have been members for 50+years and are now on SS, wired them $300 yesterday and it showed as an available balance and was deposited in their account then this morning they woke up to $105 in overdraft charges and the BOW system registers the wire as being received today when it was deposited yesterday and my mother verified it was in their account so they called the customer service line and were advised there's nothing they can do so were transferred to an unhelpful rude supervisor named Tamara who said she can reverse one overdraft charge. Not sure how many others this has happened to but ultimately they ended up not reversing any charges after my mother got extremely upset at this theft. They definitely do not help their customers and steal from their elderly customers.

Been doing banking for 3 years. Every time I try to get cash for mom I get a different story as to why I can't. Called in advance of today's trip got specific instructions and when I got there they shut me down again. This bank is not customer friendly and don't have policies that are firm.

Soon I will no longer bank here again. The online appointment system is bunk, I set appointment in online when I went to bank no body ever bothered to ask if I had appointment. Set an appointment for over the phone. They never called me. So, I called the bank and the person I was suppose to contact me by phone wasn't available. The person I spoke too was suppose to close my account didn't because I checked and it's still open. This bank is ridiculous. This technology has only made things worst instead of better. I hate doing any business with banks.
