I don't review places often but this was worth my time. This is the worst Bank of America I've ever been too. My visit today will be the reason I stop banking with them after 10 years of no complaints. The teller had no clue what was going on and the manager/superior woman she brought over was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this bank

I hate giving bad reviews but this bank truly deserves it. If you want good service, stay away from this bank. You're better off putting your hard earned money with Chase or Travis Credit Union. They will treat you like a valued customer. B of A staff at this particular North Texas St branch have no interest in providing good customer service. They will send you on a goose chase when you ask for assistance. I have over $40k between my savings and checking at this institution, yet I can't even get anyone to help me with an urgent wire transfer to my title company. Surely they make tons of interests from my savings. But I highly doubt if staff from this branch even go through periodic customer service training. Truly awful stonewalling and avoidance practices. Not all B of A are this bad, but this one takes the cake. Avoid at all cost! You deserve better service. I'm waiting for my escrow to close and I will transfer all my savings to either Chase or TCU.

0 out of 5. They don’t respect their customers. Specially if you have accent don’t come to this bank. Their manager is awful and she doesn’t like to help customers.

2 tellers helping and 7+ people waiting in line while 2 young guys in suits who must be managers (don't know how or who made them managers) just stood behind the tellers not helping people and letting the line continue to build while they are joking and laughing behind the glass. I almost asked the teller if I could chat with one of them and ask them why they weren't stepping in to help but I suppressed the urge this time.

On a Sunday today I tried to go use the ATM machines there... But both the entrance and exit points were both blocked off with hazard cones!!! WHY? IS THE BANK OF AMERICA CLOSED PERMANENTLY TOO LIKE ITS SISTER BANK IN DOWNTOWN FAIRFIELD IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED ALREADY ... IS BANK OF AMERICA...!!!Where do I go to find an actually open real bank for Bank of America nowadays ... in Napa, Vallejo, Sacramento or Stockton???

As far as the customer service within the branch, everyone was friendly and attentive. No complaints there but as a corporation, highly disappointed! Recently, I decided to open up an account there and give them an opportunity instead of going to Chase Bank and they decided to up and just close my account without no warning or reason whatsoever! I was told that it was a "business decision" and that was the only reason given even from a supervisor. No clarification on why it was closed at all! I was embarrassed using my BofA card at the grocery store because of it being declined, knowing I have money in there and then to call and now find out that it was closed and they couldn't even tell me the reason it was closed is unacceptable!! Highly disappointed in this bank and I'm telling everyone to think twice before taking your business there.

Extremely slow and painful service. You should teach your teller how to keep the line moving instead of talking to one person the whole time. The gentlemen here has been chatting through the window to one lady for over 15 minutes while the line is going all the qay outside and around the building. Very unprofessional

Bank of America is officially ridiculous for having customers (including elderly and disable) stand outside in a line reminiscent of government food lines. Once you get inside there is only 1 teller working. They are using COVID as an excuse to close the other bank and provide minimal staffing which ultimately increases their profitability. I am looking into other banks. As a 30 year Customer I find this disgusting.
