I have used Jeff for a couple years for repair of our cars based on the excellent ratings. Most recently, I had him change the headlamp bulb and repair the seat on my Mazda that was stuck. When I came to pick it up, he said he needed to order the part "a tab" for the seat to prevent the problem from recurring. I paid him in full, and expected a call back, as he had never given me a reason not to trust him. When I didn't hear back from him, I went again to ask what happened, and he gave me some excuse about some family issues and said he would let me know when the part came in. I never heard from him. I told my wife about this and she said she had some work done on the window of our Honda Odyssey and she was not happy with how he had done the repair. So we will no longer use Auto Repair Solutions after several years of trusting Jeff. He lost our confidence in his integrity.

Absolutely the BEST all around, quality, value, and honesty.I refuse to allow any other mechanic to work on my vehicles. I have utilized Jeff's knowledge and skill for over 6 years. He never disappoints.

Not sure if Auto Repair Solutions is still in business. Through 2020, Jeff maintained both of my cars for years with excellence and fair pricing. However, as of May 2022, the business does not appear to be open during posted hours, and the phone number appears to be disconnected.

I've been looking for a new mechanic. I have a Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG, which is a high performance roadster with over 600 hp. Jeff's shop was recommended to me, Ironically, by a tow company. They said he worked on European exotics, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Took my car in for shock replacement on a Thursday. Got my car back Sunday morning, which included a new shock being overnighted, delivered and installed Saturday. Jeff did a great job. 3 things stood out regarding this shop. 1.his outgoing voicemail message is updated daily with the day, date and next appointment availability. That is huge because you know The approximately lead time you're looking at. 2. he's open on weekends, which is fantastic. Most shops are closed on weekends which is when bad things happen. LOL. 3. Genuinely good customer service. He takes time and explains the issue and the solution. That's invaluable. Great job Jeff, keep up the excellent work.

PT.1 Ive heard good things about this mechanic names Jeff from a good friend of mine so I decided to take the experience myself which wasn’t good. I paid him $2,000 do a oil change & repair a oil leak on my Audi Q7 which he never fixed. After my truck being there for 2 months I took it to a different shop where I was told nothing has attempted to be done. This Jeff character never answers the phone, nor have receipts for new parts just poor customer service over all. He also begged me to write him a 5 star review due another customer giving him a bad one. Dishonest!PT.2 I also had my Maserati at his shop as well & that was a nightmare, this car set 4 months waiting to get a oil change which never happened. When I told him I’ll be picking it up he called me back & said it wouldn’t start TBC............

Knowledgable, Professional, and Fair. My aunt's car was due for a smog test and had a check engine light on. She's had a couple bad repair experiences. I live out of state and came down to help. I Googled shops in her area and Auto Repair Solutions was first listed and highest rated. I called Jeff, he said he was slammed. After explaining I was from out of town trying to help my aunt. He said he'd squeeze us in. He fixed the main problem, cleared the codes and she passed her smog test. Thanks Jeff
