I walked in tonight to change out my screen protector because it was cracked and this lady who was helping another customer didn't even bother to to acknowledge my presence. Thankfully another person came out and assisted me, but was unfortunately unable to on my end. I was able to get what I needed and came back, but the person originally helping me was helping someone else so now it was just me and the first lady. She ended up telling me something different from the first person helping me and we both ended up deciding I would wait for the original person after she pretended she couldn't do anything, only to find out she's the "manager who knew the rules" and had me wait almost ten minutes just to leave without what I needed. If she was the "manager" like she proclaimed, she should have handled this situation better and not have her employee address me. She is not the best person for this position because she had no sense of quality customer service, wasted my time, and she overall needs to do better.

The customer care service I received from Arnel Bodoh was excellent. He was patient helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that met my needs. Friendly staff.

Had them for about a year. The service was horrible calls were always dropping. I switched to T-Mobile and I do not have that problem at all anymore.

Annie helped me today getting my line transferred to AT&T from Metro PCS. She greeted us immediately and was able to get me a promotion with my old phone if I traded in. Additionally, she helped me get internet air on my new address for a great price and even showed me how to sign up for AARP to get a discount on my cellphone plan. Annie is the person to go for all your needs. Thanks again for the great customer service

Location: AT&T, Solano County Mall, second floor, Fairfield, CA I have been with AT&T since 2007 and have never had "bad customer service". This is an authorized vendor Blue Wave Link Wireless and they don't know the ATT products. The staff made me feel as if I was hassling when I purposely came in for a new phone. I won't leave AT&T but wont use the vendor anymore for my AT&T Products. Advice go into a real AT&T store or order online directly from Apple or AT&T. Yesterday I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro. Arnel (I think that was his name) presentation was incorrect. He told me I would get $800 back on my iphone 11 and also I had to take insurance. The insurance can be canceled within 14 days. I believed him because I thought he knew the product promotion for the phones he sale. When they transferred info from the old to the new, the transfer was not successful. Rather than troubleshoot, The manger, told me that he had to go home because he had been there since 8am or he was going to get in trouble. What manager tells a customer that info. None of these employees know how to troubleshoot a phone issue. They would rather spend time to with new customer but after the transfer data and it is a problem, they ignored me. I came home and finished setting up my phone and troubleshooting. The staff needs to Apple training. Unfortunately, after they pissed me off, I came home and did my due diligence that is how I know the presentation was a lie. They are pushing out new phones and ignoring customer service issues. If the job is not successful, they tell you that and then ignore helping you (or finishing the job). Advice if you use this store: l. due your research on the product and product offers before you purchase because they lie in order to make a sale. 2. File a complain with the real AT&T Loyalty department. Loyalty department in this case will file a complaint for training and coaching staff in the store in Fairfield, CA specifically. Customer service should always prevail over commission.

Visited today to upgrade my iPhone X to the iPhone 15 Pro. I walked in and was kindly greeted by one of the workers, Arnel. His service was quick & easy. Very kind and was able to give detail answers on any questions and concerns I had about the phone. Overall, great interaction and customer service by Arnel. Would definitely recommend him to others.

We went there yesterday and was helped by Will and when I say he was awesome!! This guy needs a raise! He was very patient with us and made sure we got what we wanted, i ended up getting the new iphone and my husband got the new iphone pro max, he was patient on showing me the colors so i made the right choice. He sold us by patiently telling us what to get and why, all the options, and features. It ended up taking foreverrrr because we wanted to walk out the store with them and he did amazing all our stuff was transferred and we walked out with new phones and veryyy minimal stress! If we ever go back we would specifically ask for Will again.

Thank you for installing my new WiFi modem on schedule and for assisting me with my new TV service. I want to "shout out " that AT&T offered competitive pricing compared to the highly overpriced and undervalued XFINITY . Glad to finally rid of those Harpies!

Not impressed with the customer service at this location. It used to be much better. It appeared that because I didnt want to buy anything but need help with a repair/claim issue I was pushed aside and told to go on line. I did and was told to go back to store as I was under warranty. Went back and first told to go to Samsung then told to go back online. I stressed that my ph (bought there) was under warranty and eligible for replacement. Then told to go to Corporate store 30 miles away! Left store po'd because they didnt want to be bothered. Decided to call Cust Serv. Rep took claim over ph and it was simple and quick.Why didnt the Reps at the store not tell me this when first asked????Didnt know or didnt care?????From 20+ year Att customer
