Is everyone talking about the storage facility on railroad at tabor? And how is there so much drama at a storage facility? Lol I began renting a storage unit 2 months ago and have had no problems or drama. The lady in the office is very nice.

So far no issues. However the hours are unlike any storage unit place. Not easy to access with those hours. I need to be able to access before or after work.

So far so good! I'm new to using this storage establishment. I've been a customer for a couple of months now. I'm happy with the customer service I have received. Very friendly, helpful and informative. If I call and don't get an answer. I get a return call shortly after. I've noticed the area near my storage space has rodent traps. So I'm glad there is an exterminator service being provided. The only downside for me are the hours allowed to enter the storage areas. I personally feel 9am - 5pm doesn't allow me enough time. Before or after work if i need to enter my storage space.

This place has changed management within the last year which included changes to my original contract. I vacated my unit by the 10th of the month - entire month pre-paid with auto pay - gave notice by email. They refused to refund the rest of the month and now have a vacant unit they can rent on my dime. Never again and will make sure all of my friends, family and neighbors know how these people treat customers. Do not use Almond Tree Storage: Below average customer service.

The new manager at this facility is doing a great job. She is friendly and wants to make sure all concerns are handled. Many changes to come.. She is cleaning it up and making sure rules are enforced. This facility is clean service was excellent. The new management team will be giving the facility a much needed face-lift. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy... I recommend any other property in town but definitely would not recommend this property to anyone....

I have been with almond tree storage since 2016 and have they had the best experience with the staff. Sheree the manager of the facility is the most happiest kind friendly helpful lady. I've never had an issue with the staff there up until recently when they hired a new assistant manager and she mingles with the customers in a way of going out with my boyfriend and being worried that Sheree and myself would find out, exchanging personal cell phone numbers with my boyfriend as well. To me that's sneaky and unprofessional and I would not want somebody like that running my business so I think that whoever hired the assistant /relief manager made a poor decision. However again sheree has always been professional, polite, helpful, with a uplifting and bright personality/spirit. She keeps the relationship with the customers business like at all times. Very trustworthy , with the best intentions for the business success. Sheree has def. been a joy to talk to and exceeds in the customer service/satisfaction role. Sheree is def. someone i would trust and hire at my business without a doubt.

We've been with almond tree storage before Cherie and that has been for a long time. However it has gone down hill for us and my complaints have not really been issued more like sugar coated for me to not make it a big deal. My husband and I pay $175 a month for one of the big units and it's not even worth it since the tenant next to us has made it a bad experience. I understand feeling sorry for someone and being sympathetic but after going there this morning my unit was completely blocked! There was three cars blocking, a motorcycle, and a bicycle along with car related machinery to fix these cars which all belong to the same tenant who has cats in the facility and leaves his storage partially open with cat litter and cat food every night. Complaining about a partially open unit with cat litter and scattered cat food over a year ago and nothing being done about it is not the business because it just got worse.

I haven't moved in yet, but I spoke to Cherie this afternoon to inquire about availability and pricing. She was ESPECIALLY helpful and kind. I plan to relocate from my current facility to Almond Tree in the very near future. Thank you, Cherie, for your exceptional customer service. It really makes all the difference.

Almond Tree Storage. I have had my RV stored here for awhile, Cherie gives exceptional service but my RV was broken into and all the electronics was stolen, this was hard to accept because the facility is pretty secure with card key access and a solid concrete fence, in fact there is supposed to be a guy I won't mention names that supposed to watch the place, I hate to say this but that guy is more interested in letting the storage tenants in to sleep in their storage space which is a no no and there has been a few times that my RV cargo doors was open and as far as someone watching I was never called about anything. I asked if they can see something with their cameras...unfortunately that is also a joke. I'm really disappointed I have the nicest RV in that place and this guy is too nice to everyone except the tenants and it is a big concern, 2 weeks have gone by and you would think with a place this secure they can see who has come in and out but to have not a single clue. I gave 3 stars because of Cherie it would be negative stars if that bozo ran the place.

Almondtree Storage is the most family friendly place to do business. The manager, Cherie Cooke is the most helpful friendly person you will find. Her handy man, Scott, is so friendly and can help with most problems I have had. You will not go wrong having a unit there.
