I got gel nails and they all started chipping and falling off days after I got them done. I've never had this happen so quickly at any other salon. The girl was very nice but she didn't wipe my nails with alcohol like before applying like other places do, so maybe that was why? I really wanted to like this place but in all honesty it was a waste of my money

First time customer here! I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment! It’s very pretty and clean. Ricki took care of me & I was so happy with my nails! She cleaned my cuticles & made sure I got the color I wanted after I changed my mind. Amazing service. I highly recommend.

Hello, hope you guys day is going good.
I came here for the first time ever. I asked for Gel and a manicure. The lady who took care of me was pinching my cuticles a little too far and it hurt me quite a bit. There was a lady watching over her and well which I found weird. I asked for a nail color and she said that that’s not gonna work out. I chose a similar one and she ended paining my nails bright pink. I mentioned that this is not the color I asked for and she happily helped me and redid my nails with the original color I asked for. But instead of that color she gave me a different color. I told her, this is what I am talking about the color is not even correct and it doesn’t match the sample. She told me that they didn’t have that color. And they told me if I wanted a different color to top it off. I said “okay” I still ended with a color I didn’t want. At this point they gave me 3 different colors. They also pained on my cuticles and parts of my fingers. And after they corrected the color they told me I needed to pay more for the color replacement. And I said that I wouldn’t pay for that because they were the ones who messed up. The nails ended up patchy because they pained a different color on top of the “original color”. The nails were bumpy, my cuticles were painted and my skin was pained. They wanted to charge me extra. I will never come back. I hope the best for them but this experience was indeed stressful and weird. Lady was also filing her nails with the same file that she was using on me. She also didn’t take all of the last color off so I have small weird patches on my nails.
(Week later) I saw the message the owner wrote on this review and called back asking if he was available so we could talk about this review. The lady on the other side of the phone said “he is not available, I’m busy right now, bye bye” and then hung up the phone. Haha this is absolutely ridiculous. I really can’t believe this interactions, both times I contacted this location and both times have been Terrible. I will be reporting this location. I’m sorry for the owner having terrible employees.

Initially, I really liked this place. They were very sweet and attentive and did a great job. As they gained more customers, they’d always double schedule appointments and be super rude to me when I didn’t want to come back after I showed up for my appointment. This happened about 4 times before I finally said screw it and stopped going. I guess their attitudes changed when they got their clientele up. I would not recommend this place.Services: Acrylic nails

This place is amazing. They are so friendly and have the best customer service. Ricki is so sweet. I remember her years ago when it used to be All for Beauty. Natalie or Mimi do my nails and Nina does my feet. They are all the sweetest ladies. They do very good work and never get irritated with colors I pick or changes I want to make. They are very professional and the shop is immaculately clean. Easily best place in town. I love you girls dearly ♥️??Services: Acrylic nails

Called in last minute (on a Friday: we all know nail shops are busy Friday's) the gal on the phone was nice, & said they could see me @ 12pm. Walked in, beautiful setting, welcoming environment, plenty of seats to be attended I got Jenny as my nail tech. She was nice, made suggestions, (I was also offered a pedicure service too). My French glitter gel manicure was fabulous! I was in love. Great service. Definitely coming back to see Jenny. Thank you Relax Nail & Spa!
