They don't answer any calls. I've called them about 15 times and they don't return any calls. They were supposed to come and fix my Tv and they didn't show up or call me or email me to let me know.

My insurance company contacted them to fix my TV, i'v been calling them for the past 3wks and no answer. When the insurance company called the lady stated she had been trying to reach me...that was a lie.This is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with

A-Tech Service Pros was assigned to fix my Samsung TV via SquareTrade protection services. The tech assigned, changed my original scheduled repair date two days out; which was fine. She gave me an arrival time of 9AM - 1PM to show up, and said she would call me 30 minutes before she arrived. I sent her a text message at 12:45PM to ask when and if she was coming over that day to fix my tv. I got no response back so called her at 1:30PM. Still no response. I wasted an entire day waiting for her to show up at my house. I never did get a call back. I read the 3 reviews on Yelp and can see A-Tech Services Pros does this customer ghosting often. I asked SquareTrade to assign another repair company. I would recommend people avoid this company for repairs and find another company that has good customer service and calls people back.

One whole week trying to get my tv repaired never showed up to my house never called me I had to call them to try to get my tv fixed got the run around still didn’t get my tv fixed or heard anything from A- Tech service some great service you pros be serving

WOW, Incredible CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY! I called my warranty company, told them the problem I was having and sent them pictures and a video of the problem. With the pictures and videos of the TV and what was happening they narrowed the trouble down to the motherboard and ordered one to be sent out. Said it should be out in 3 to 5 days, WHICH IT WAS. When it arrived I contacted them and they scheduled an appointment with A-Tech Service Pros. I called them, (A-Tech Service Pros) and they gave me a date when they'd be coming out to repair the TV. Not only did they phone me the day of the appointment, but told me when they were a half hour away they'd call again so I'd be ready for them. Two great guys came out, came in the house and immediately went to work. Took it down, opened it up and replaced the motherboard. Tested it out, worked great and they left. After a while a box came on the screen saying FACTORY MODE and would not go away on all 3 connecting inputs. I called A-Tech Service Pros and told the person who answered my problem and with her GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTISE, she walked me through the problem and got it fixed.. Very GOOD/GREAT/AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best of all I was able to reach them and speak with them real time, not an answering machine or automated system, BUT A REAL PERSON.. A BIG THANKS..

I bought a new LGCX65 OLED TV and experienced what I've learned to be a common issue with LG TV's: a vertical line that appears which is apparently a product defect particularly with the panel.I reached out to LG Support, who very quickly directed me to a 3rd party service provider: Andwaunnia Carter dba A-Tech Service Pros. I gave them a call to explain my situation and they mentioned that they'd order the panel but there's a chance that there could be a delay to COVID-19. They promised to follow up "within the week". Perfectly fine and understandable.But then a week had gone by with no response. I called a number of times and left text messages. I was finally able to get to the same person, who seemed extremely distracted and said she'd "call back in 5 minutes when I get home". After an hour of no response, I called back with no answer.A few days (and several daily calls later), I was finally able to reach the same person who said that the tracking number suggested the product was delivered and she was confused. She then said she'd follow up and get back to me the next day by noon. After not hearing from her, I called that evening with no response.This whole thing has been very frustrating and the lack of response and poor customer service has led me to write this review: please refrain from using this service with your TV's. If LG directs you to this supplier, kindly suggest a new one.I filed a new request and complaint and was directed to Alpha TV & Electronics, who so far have been extremely helpful and seem to be on top of things.I've also shared a screenshot of our text message "conversation", as I was directed to send any questions via text to the number provided.

Was referred to this provider by LG Support. Has been wildly unresponsive / selective about providing info and getting back to me. Still waiting for them to call back after committing to certain timeframes for follow up. Very confused. Follow Up: Given my frustrating experience, I reached out to LG Support and asked that they set me up with a new service provider. They quickly directed me to Alpha TV & Electronics, who picked up the phone immediately and ordered the part necessary within 15 minutes. I also got a text message confirmation from LG just now about the part that successfully shipped (never got one from A-Tech). I'd advise customers in the Bay Area who are looking to get their TV fixed to avoid A-Tech Service Pro's and kindly request LG for another if they are who is recommended. Also attached a screenshot of our dialogue as I was advised to send text messages with any questions as I'd be provided an immediate response.
