I usually hate giving bad reviews.. but they are so rude and unhelpful at this location. I have asked for an item as a person shopper for a corporation AND as a customer, and they just stare outside the window and either don't respond or "I don't know". I understand it's in a shady area, but that's no reason to treat everyone like sh**!! Especially when I'm there to spend money!! On this specific visit, I asked if they carried double crossword and he ignored me, so I asked again and he said mmm, I don't know.. then put my items in the bag and pushed them my way. Wow. Can't believe this location is still open. I've never seen so many negative reviews or witnessed that much disrespect.

2/10 stars Me and my friend were so excited to get our drinks and snacks and on the website it clearly says they accept apple pay and on the scammer it clearly says it but I payed with my apple pay and and it didn't go through and the worker proceeded to sit there and he said, "Do you have a credit card?" I said I'm not using that i'm using apple pay And he continued to ask the same question even though i answered his question. He proceeded to just sit there. The service is very poor with workers just sitting on their lazy butt 0/10

I live across the street, they have a deal 2 for 3.50 somehow it came out to 4.63. This place is a ripoff. Even on a holliday, this place mistreats customers.

7-11 is 7-11!!! I have no complaints about this location. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with random homeless over here but nothing too extreme. One plus about this place is there isn't constant loitering out in the front of the building.Also, one of the guys that works there is pretty cool. I've never gotten even the slightest hint of attitude or irritation from this guy! He apparently also loves to make jokes too.

Blatantly lied to me about store hours. Walked 3 miles at 0300 in search of smokes only to be told that, in fact, the store doesn't open until 0500. Regardless of the store hours that are posted on gmaps or the big sign in the window that states "we're open!" That's not too mention I was ignored for a good 5-7 minutes while the clerk just sat there carrying on his argument via phone.. Took my business to arko and that's where it's going to stay. I suggest anyone else do the same.
