Really bad. they sell expired stuff. And there's no levels to see the price of the things they sell.

Classic Liquor store, with all the items you would expect and then some! The staff can answer almost any questions you may have about services and products. Overall it's a Convenient neighborhood store!

TL:DR Pay attention when you're checking out! Careful with this place! The cashier charged me twice for multiple items and when I called him out he didn't say a word- just canceled and rescanned the products. I get it, mistakes happen, but this was clearly on purpose bc he did it with the wine and the candy. Not to mention he was weirdly giggling.. so bizarre and up to no good. Makes me wonder if it's happened in the past and I just didn't notice, hence, the warning on Yelp. Stay alert, even at your local convenience store.

I like the store, I like the people who work there. Unfortunately the new checkers are not enforcing mask rules. Guess I'll find another place to shop.

Absurdly expensive market, considering the limited selection and generally low quality of products.I paid $50 for farmed salmon, not organic Mary's chicken breast, a back of organic butter, a bottle of organic kefir, and some herbs and ginger to cook the fish with.Actually more expensive than Good Earth or Whole Foods for less fresh lower quality food. Not coming back.

This is a gem of a store! Not as fancy as Good Earth but it does carry some unique products that Good Earth doesn't and the fresh produce won't break the bank at this store like it can at Good Earth. I discovered some amazing green teas, local honey, and an orange-turmeric-black pepper-apple-lemon-aloe drink here (the local brand is called "Pressed Juicery"). All are immunity boosters and necessary at any time, but especially during COVID-19. The green tea brands were Stash (from Portland, OR) and Numi (from here in the SFBA). I love all the West Coast tea. So good! Whoever thought of putting spices like cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom in green tea instead of in black tea? Loved the spicy flavors with lots of sweet honey and a splash of the orange drink. A nice combination of spicy, sweet, and slightly tart. Toasted rice with green tea gives it a nice earthy, nutty flavor. I didn't feel the need to add anything. Jasmine green tea has some floral notes to it and goes well with the local honey. So amazing! See picture. One tip for management: please stock the Yogi Tulsi Berry Immune Support tulsi elderberry tea. I hate going to another store to find it. Yogi is another lovely West Coast tea (Portland, OR).

Fairfax Market is doing their very best to support our community. They are offering their usual options of fresh produce and quality foods. Meat market, sushi and deli was fully operating when I was there this week. Employees are outstanding. (Written during the Covid 19 SIP of 2020).
