I experience them as Michael as friendly but with some distance. Can't describe it perfectly. Except that's exactly how I like it. It's always easy coming in, and they treat you the same each time. Love 7-Eleven!

This is by far the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. The atm is not secure. Someone broke into my account and cleaned me out, and they didn't even have my card to do it. And the little girl that works mornings, she is so rude, I needed a $20 bill that I received from the atm broke down into two tens. And she would not do it. And she always throws my bananas into a bag, and when I asked her to please don't do that, she did it again even harder. She has a serious attitude problem that management needs to look at. I will not go back in that store.

I went at 6am and grabbed nearly $12 worth of stuff. Went to the counter and asked for a Big Bite for the deal with the Big Gulp and he said there aren't any ready so I asked him if he could put one in the oven because that's what another 7 Eleven did. His idea of refusing me service maybe? So I left the Big Gulp and he rang me up. Almost forgot to scan the coupon phone app, I am sure he would not have minded. But at that point I felt so offended already and did not trust him and was too annoyed and feeling provoked that I could not think clearly enough to do the math and make sure I was getting charged the correct amount. Sound familiar? Car salesmen for a hot dog. So...I just left everything there. I believe he called the police on me maybe, which would require him to lie to authorities, but he should call the police on the other 7 Elevens in the area for harrassment of American Citizens.
