“Words cannot describe how thankful my family and I are to this place. Pancreatitis is a very serious and dangerous thing and our little dog was all the sudden being completely attacked by it. I didn't know what to do. But the awsome people at mercy pet hospital did. “We were offered a new patient appointment within days of calling. Everyone in the office was friendly from the front desk to the vet techs. My pup was seen by Dr David Herman, Medical Director. He was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and assured me that my dog did not need a $4000 surgery elsewhere. We went from getting a second opinion to staying with this practice! The prices were thoroughly explained on treatment and options. We were given lots of fun things in a goodie bag and my sweet pup got a new stuffy for being a good girl.
