Christian helped me throughout the process - which included my needing to “un” freeze my Experian credit info. (No small task in these days of bots answering the phone!) Everything was good but somehow at the end of the day I left my brand new watch charger in the store because the rep took my phone out to apply liquid screen protector and put the the box in a bag minus the watch charger I'm super frustrated now

I had the worst phone buying experience ever! Avoid this place!
I will never buy or trust this Verizon store again.
I went in with interest to upgrade my phone before a trip. I was told I could trade in my old phone (condition/age didn't matter) and get a new S24 or S24+ for no charge (approximately $1000 off, which covered cost of phone with lower or standard memory). I thought great and ordered one. I was told the phone would be there in 2 days, but that didn't happen. I really wanted the phone (better camera) for a trip coming up. The manager, Seth, said I could take a different color then and there and just simply switch to the back ordered phone after my trip. He also said to just take my old phone home since the data was still transferring and it was past closing time at that point. He looked me right in the eyes and assured me that there would be no problems with this when I got back, but guess what? There were major problems that were never fully resolved. I went back to the store multiple times, trying to turn in my old phone and switch to the color I ordered to no avail. I spent 1 1/2 hours with an associate named Max, who tried to help and allegedly had instructions from Seth, but couldn't resolve anything. I continued to call, text, and walk into the store multiple times without any call back or resolution. I kept being told only the manager, Seth could sort this out, but he wasn't there and would not respond to messages left by me or other employees. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon, multiple times trying to get this sorted out. I still have the 1st S24+, instead of the color I ordered/wanted. I almost got stuck paying for the full cost of the phone too. I got part of the phone cost covered, but not what the promoted and promised.
I would not ever recommend dealing with this Verizon store or any of these authorized Victor dealers. I'm a busy professional, and my experience was horrible.

If I could give it a negative number I would. The initial transaction done to purchase and return an unused phone seemed to be handled fine. Since then, the nightmare of getting that return taken off of my Verizon bill has been nothing short of frustrating and ridiculous. There have been monthly calls since May when no credit appeared, to semi-weekly, to weekly. Always have to repeat the entire story, give all the invoice, product ID numbers, pay the over $800 cost of the item because my Verizon service was turned off. This location evidently does not handle their returns correctly or expeditiously with Verizon.
I am on a fixed income and $800 out of pocket for a device that was returned to the store and for which I have a receipt for the return is outrageous. People on fixed incomes, do not have the resources to pay for something they'd not have and which they do not own.
I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and this treatment of their customers and the cumbersome crediting of monies due back to the customer has given me serious doubts about continuing my relationship with Verizon.

Went in an hour before closing today and was able to get a brand new phone, everything transferred and all my accessories put on all within the hour. The rep was extremely nice and helpful- wish I would’ve gotten his name. He made the whole process feel smooth and easy.

Went in today cause I was having an issue with my service (it ended up being my own fault user error lol) anyway the team here was so quick and nice to help me and took the time to explain what I can do In the future to avoid this problem. If you want the gold standard of customer service I would highly recommend this location, I will definitely be back! Thanks again for all the help - Josh C

After being on the phone for 6 hours with Verizon, trying to get my replacement phone activated, I thought I would try my luck in person and chose this location. This was the absolute best decision because Jalean was working that day. Jalean was so personable & very professional. He also empathized with my frustration & within minutes of me walking into the store had my replacement phone activated. This store & Jalean will be my first stop if I have any future cellphone issues. Thanks again, Jalean!
