I have a mailbox with them and they ship me my mail once a month. Excellent customer service. They are always very fast to fulfill my requests and very friendly people.

Shipped a package through here and got a non functioning tracking number. Enquired via email, staff (owner Rachel Byrd) was short, rude and unhelpful. Tried calling multiple times during business hours but nobody picks up the phone or called back. I'd suggest shipping through somewhere else.

This is the very most convenient shipping store option available! You don't have to worry about leaving your USPS items in your mailbox hoping they won't be stolen, and all shipping companies pick up from this very friendly establishment.

Today I took a heavy adult electric scooter to Speedy Post and Ship. The owner, Rachel Byrd, was so friendly and helpful. She had suggestions as to how it should be shipped and even helped me package it there in the store. I was so impressed by her customer service and will definitely being going back again. If you have shipping needs, I would highly recommend this place of business and especially Rachel!

Today I had to ship a very heavy adult electric scooter. Rachel, the owner, was so helpful, giving me advice on how to ship and actually helping me package it to mail. The best customer service ever! First time in. Shipped out two packages. Service was quick and friendly. They accept Apple Pay. Store is well stocked for packing and shipping supplies. They have a nice selection of gift bags, greeting cards. I also saw some fun colors of duct tape including sparkles. I saw they have shred service by the pound, passport photos, copier, and computers for use. Shop is neat and well organized. Easy parking right in front of shop.
