The "Poised with Love" arrangement was beautiful and looked lovely next to the photos, urn, and other personal effects at my mother's celebration of life. They were delivered exactly when I'd asked, and I appreciated the communication ahead of time, to confirm the details and make sure it all worked out. Absolutely amazing service from over the phone to in person contact with the owner. We had a last minute request of 7 large 24inches heart wreath for funeral services. The owner of Sherwood took her time to listen and go the extra miles to accommodate orders. I am truly amazed by the quality and professionalism displayed and highly recommend this floral shoppe.

Bouquet was purchased and Sherwood Florist called to let me know of some floral substitutions. The Bouquet was delivered, but our friend wasn't home, so I had them deliver to me, as I was close in the neighborhood. They did all this with grace and communication and the flowers were beautiful! My friend received the bouquet and commented that they were lovely! Thank you, Sherwood Florist, for taking such care!

Wow! The bouquet you created for my mom was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever ordered. I chose the custom bouquet and requested certain flowers. A very nice person called to let me know they weren't able to get peonies but had the other flowers I mentioned. She asked a few extra questions to make sure the bouquet would be perfect...and it was!!! The ranunculus and daisies were accompanied by hydrangeas and other flowers as well as greenery. My mom loved the little thistle shaped greenery; she said it really added something unique to the bouquet. I am so impressed by Sherwood Florist and won't hesitate to order from them again.

I recently ordered flowers for my grandmother in the hospital. There was apparently a mistake on the web order form that changed the date that they were set to be delivered. The florist caught the issue and called to clarify and the flowers were delivered same day. The arrangement is gorgeous and my grandmother was so happy. She kept saying how many comments she was getting on the beautiful bouquet! Wonderful all around!

My husband had to call you at the last minute due to a mess up on his order. It was our anniversary on 03/02/24. The first bouquet was sent to my work but they forgot the balloons. Your boutique was brought up with the balloons. All I can say is you put the first boutique to shame. Yours was so beautiful. The vase was pretty and heavy.
