“Griselda is the best! I lost the keys to my storage unit and I was freaking out. I was going camping in a week and the person who could take the lock off wouldn't be here for 10 to 15 days. Griselda was able to get a hold of them and have them cut the lock off the same day. I love this place thank you Griselda!!”

“This is the first time I needed to rent storage space. Amazing customer service. The manager Tania is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She answered every single one of my questions and truly made me feel like a valued customer. Her kindness and knowledge about the storage spaces made me feel confident that this is the best storage place around.
EDIT: I wanted to edit my original review to talk about my latest experience. Extra Space Storage recently increased my rent so I spoke to Tania to go over my options. She helped me immensely and now I have a new unit with a very affordable price. It's further proof that Tania always puts the customer first. Thank you Tania!”

The place is very clean and not all run down, not only that, I witnessed Kelli just walking around inspecting things throughout the day as I was moving my things in!!!! That’s amazing. A lot of places say they do this but very few actually do!!! It makes me feel my things are safe and at least looked after to a certain degree.
