Outdoor pool and hot tub very clean, and staff professional and helpful. The family loved it.

This YMCA location offers variety of equipment and activities ranging from treadmills to indoor and out door swimming pools.They have also big tennis courts outside behind the main building .The facility is old and needs renovation but the services is satisfactoryThere was a polite and helpful African American lady namely Brenda who Went above and below for customers and impressed me.Lastly they offer free admission to pools and gym on Wednesdays in summer 2023.Who doesn’t like free admission ?

Terrible billing practices. Continued to debit my account two months, after placing on hold, refunded assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Formally resigned from club. Yesterday realized they debited my account for three additional months. Did not receive call back. Had to contact my bank for resolve.

Just want to add my 5 stars to the majority of posters. Today was my first experience at RAC. The water aerobics class I attended was excellent. Karalynn gives one of the best WA workouts I’ve ever attended. She was helpful, friendly, and welcoming, like all the staff I’ve encountered so far. Looking forward to my next session!!

If you have a toddler don't even bother with the Kids Club. Shocking since that's not the YMCA culture. My little boy was kicked out today for crying for two minutes (he is 21 months). The attendants don't want to engage or deal with this age range. They would rather just sit there on their phones and make excuses. Management backs them up because they are all friends....considering asking for video and going higher up in YMCA.

Great place they have many activities for young and old. pleasant staff always helpful. They keep it very clean inside and out to try. They also have a lot of workout machines
