“I initially bought a desk on sale I had to put together, but upon opening the box one piece was broken so I brought it back. After re-considering what I had originally bought and looking at the desks in the store I upgraded to a more expensive model. The manager and staff were absolutely lovely in helping me and accommodating my requests. It’s taken me several days on and off to put the desk together but it turned out great and I love it! They also suggested I open the box in my car and take it out piece by piece since they knew it would have been too heavy for me but myself, I appreciated the suggestion. In today’s world we don’t always encounter people who truly care about others and I felt like they honestly do care about their customers. Thank you for a very positive experience.”
“I needed to find a good quality, and affordable second office chair for working at a new location part time. Saw that they had used and refurbished quality chairs, and stopped by on my way to the new location. They were very helpful in listening to my requirements and I was able to spend a good deal of time testing various chairs that they had in stock. I picked one, and it's worked well.
The amazing thing is that after about a month, one of the armrests split on the chair. I looked into it and found that this is a fairly common problem with this brand of chair. I remembered that even used chairs had a warranty, and sent off a quick email and picture of what the armrest looked like (it happened while it wasn't even being used--also common apparently). They wrote back within an hour or two, and asked for my address to send replacement armrests--alternatively I could bring it in. I provided my address and the armrests were on the front porch a day later. In this day and age, when does this happen anymore? I'm a soloprenuer, so may not have a lot of business to do with them, but next time I'm in need of something, they will be my first stop. Thanks Tom & Connor!”
“I was in the market for a Stressless recliner and knew there were only a few places I could order it. The manufacture sets the price of their furniture, so when shopping around I was focused on cost of delivery. I was thrilled when Gil at The Ultimate Back Store let me know that, not only would they waive the cost of white-glove delivery, they offer an extended warranty on the chair itself. That cinched the deal. But that's not why I'm writing this review... This particular chair wasn't going to be ready for a few months. During the waiting period, Gil called me periodically to check in. He remembered I'd expressed interest in a mattress and wanted to follow up on that, letting me know about a great sale. Then, when the chair did arrive, he made sure it was delivered the next day, during a time frame when I would be home (not one of those 8-5 windows, something that's actually convenient). The delivery team was really nice too. I highly recommend this store - I highly recommend Gil.”

“This company is phenomenal for your plotter paper and ink requests and service. Free shipping on all orders or pick up in store and they have the order ready and load it in the car! Any issues are eagerly addressed and are resolved quickly, efficiently and explained thoroughly. Their priority is customer satisfaction, and it shows. Visitors are greeted with warm positive worker's, free soda and popcorn while you wait? What other companies do that? NO ONE, but this one right here. Staff is absolutely a delight to you as soon as you come in, they're so helpful, patient, caring and eager to help with any questions you have. If they don't know the answer, they find it! “I'm a very happy customer. My printer started making a horrible noise. I sent an e-mail and Jeremy responded quickly. He offered suggestions which solved my problem. Since it had been awhile since the printer had any routine maintenance, I made an appointment. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, took everything apart and cleaned it. Two rollers needed to be replaced, and the tray adjusted. The tray was what caused the noise in the first place. The price was what I expected. I could have saved money by taking my printer to his shop, but it's a HP600, much to heavy for me to handle.”
