“The store employee was very helpful, but I went in to pay off my phone so I can unlock it and take it to T-Mobile when I leave AT&T on Saturday. After many years, I am leaving because I was essentially screwed out of over $700 because the phone I exchanged was never received and my account was held hostage until I paid for a phone number for a second phone that was never used or even in my posession. So much for taking care of a loyal customer of many years. Adios AT&T.”
