Mo was very knowledgeable when it came to file my taxes. However, after my appointment it has been impossible to get a hold of him/someone picking up the phone. I’ve had a question about my return because the IRS has told me something completely different. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past 3 weeks. I have left several messages, emailed and have have lost track of how many times I have called. I hope to hear from them as I need some questions to be answered

Definitely not recommended this place for your tax return. After the audit, I have to go to a different place to fix their mistakes. Looks like IRS targets this place

I have been using Shlomo since I opened my business 12 years ago. I have known him even longer and I highly respect him. He is always kind, patient and professional. Being self employed it's not always easy to determine the correct right offs but he is incredibly smart and creative to help you achieve your financial goals. (have more right offs or show more income to purchase home etc) He is the best of the best

Words can't described how wonderful Mo & his expertise/knowledge with taxes. For years I had to always pay for taxes, which makes me dread tax season with pure passion. For the first time in history, I did not have to pay. The tears of joy was beyond my imagination. I cried, literally cried! What made things even better, I went back to him for my 2021 tax amendment and the outcome was priceless. I am so grateful for Mo Tax services. He is the truth! He is a blessing as his knowledge is endless! Thank you for all that you do for your clients!!!

I don't know about anyone's experience with Mo Tax Services, but he needs to hire people who can do the job right and not lie to their customers about returning calls and hours of operations. I left so many messages, and finally, I was able to get a hold of the front desk person about my tax refunds why it's taking more than a month. She then told me that their office is open from 9 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri. I literally asked the time of the office open and told her I'll be coming in to drop off a few forms that MO Tax needed to complete for IRS.I was there today from 9 am till 11 am, sitting at the parking lot calling them and knocking on the door. Lights out, and no one even came in.Customer services are beyond terrible and unprofessional.

This year I filled my tax with Mo Tax Service. I am so lost with words, he has made me speechless, shocked, and crying driving home. Mo can do amazing things beyond what you can imagine. 20yrs plus of filing taxes, I have to say MO is above #1. I cannot even find a word that could describe him.

Horrible service. Mo is great with filing, but everything else is low rated here. Receptionists are RUDE and act like they're above clients. They show little concern for customers' dissatisfaction for THEIR MISTAKES. Don't bother calling or leaving voicemails because they don't pick up or return your calls. The business in its entirety hold NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever and will not accommodate or apologize for any reason. Time is essential and they really have NO RESPECT for people's time. Overbooking, misbooking, and poor service is their expertise. They cancel appointments without confirming with you and will say, "oh so and so called and spoke to you". Sure there's a missed call from the office, but not even a voicemail in regards to the matter.. then fill in your spot so the appointment you had for over a year, is out the window and "oh well, so and so will call you to reschedule"... NOT!! If you're looking for a place that's unprofessional and rude, this is THE SPOT. Save yourself the trouble, don't even bother traveling far for Mo, because the others won't fail to make you want to kick yourself for choosing this place. What a joke. And I'm not even kidding.

Appointment time means nothing. They double book by their own admission and then always run behind. Three years in row arrived at scheduled time and every year ended up waited over 2 hours just to be seen. How do you get 2 hours behind by 10am?! In talking with other clients and people I personally know who have their taxes done here, the excessive wait is the same for all of them.
