“For the most part it was good. Quick service. However the person who does the tests was quite unfriendly and a little bit unprofessional, as my results were never told to me. Thankfully I have done one or two of these and know what the 5 panel strips look like for a negative test. Other than that it was an all around good experience.”

“I have been using the Prairie City, Folsom location for 3 years now; prior to relocating back to California, I utilized locations located in Tucson, Arizona. It has been my experience that the staff at the Quest Diagnostic locations in both locations have invariably been as professional as they have been courteous. The staff at the Prairie City, Folsom location is especially so. Given the seemingly low level of public discourse today where courtesy is not always returned, this is pretty amazing.
Update: My comments above still stand. Quest technicians perform an important task and that fact should not be taken for granted.”

MicroTest was professional and cooperative, lower priced than their nearby competitors, and even got my results earlier than the required turnaround time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more analysis.”

I’m often nervous at blood draws because my vessels are small and deep. So, I’m not an easy stick. But, he made me feel at ease and the experience was positive.”

Despite being a walk-in without a scheduled appointment, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. They ensured everything went smoothly, and I never felt like an inconvenience. Their warm demeanor and willingness to help left a lasting impression.
This experience was a stark contrast to the one I had at the Napa location last Friday at a scheduled appointment I had. The difference in service is significant, with today’s visit being far more pleasant and seamless. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and service provided by this team and would gladly recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the fantastic work!

They helped us both through the process even with my baby screaming and thrashing like an alligator. I’m really glad they were the ones to take her blood even though it was traumatizing for all of us. They did a great job and helped put me at ease as a nervous first time mom.”

“Here's what you need to know about Quest Diagnostics: They have convenient locations, so try to find the closest to you and schedule early in the week, early in the day, and arrive early to check in. Usually, you'll get in quickly, but sometimes the wait can get longer, especially later in the day or week. The staff is skilled and trying their best to be helpful, so gratitude and patience goes a long way. They know you (probably) don't want to be there and try to get you in and out asap. Overall, our visits have been positive, but we've went in with a positive attitude too, and sometimes that makes all the difference in stressful situations!”

“Dr. Grove is the best doctor I have ever had, and I am 73. She is very thorough and compassionate. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years for diabetes, depression and GERD. She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.”
“The easiest lab work I have ever done, such a pleasant,clean, professional place of business thank you and the gentleman that drew my blood was super professional and on point cleared up my insurance miscommunication saved my from paying close to 200 dollars that I didn't need to was very gentle and there room was so clean and organized.
