Really enjoy my massages here! I have had several regular masseuses over the years, and many one-offs too- all great! I try to keep 2or 3 future appointments on the books- easier to get into a favored masseuse that way, but I do it mostly so I get myself in there for treatment!?

Wonderful services! Massage helps me to keep my chronic pain at bay and they have amazing facials too! Highly recommend Rashawn and Jason for massage and Marie and Viktoriya for your facials!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for years as part of self care. The staff has always been attentive and helpful Sarah Rain M. has been my regular masseuse for quite some time. She is positive and very professional. Massage is part of a healthy lifestyle.

I love the staff and services here and highly recommend. As a long time ME member — over ten years with 3 other family members — we have had issues like others in the past with ME cancellations and member administration issues around billing and points etc. But for the past few years everything with this location been great! Five stars for me.I thought I might share a couple things I have learned in case its helps others set expectations and get the most value.I have found there are big differences based on the locations. I have used at least 5 different locations on a regular basis in the past (over the last 10 years). If it is possible to go to the same location were you are established that will help a lot I think. Also finding one with less staff turnover is the best.Like any business that relies on individual service providers there will be scheduling conflicts that arise.1) i try to plan ahead and always have 3 appointments on the books. It’s almost like Murphy’s Law. I rarely get a cancellation, but I feel that if I only had one appointment on the books the chances of a cancellation would be much higher. And more frustrating. Nothing scientific about that just my experience. :)2) Be flexible with who is available and try different therapists to find the 2 or 3 best matched for you. Again like having multiple appointments on the books this helps a lot and provides more opportunities to get regular intervals covered without frustration.Its nice to get the same person with the same results every time but it is also more likely your schedules wont always match up.I hope this helps and if you are deciding to either try Massage Envy or are looking for a new location, I don’t think you will be disappointed and I hope you find them as helpful and professional as I have.

Sarah is fantastic. Very friendly and always happy. After my massage is over, I feel like a new person. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful staff and their therapists are absolutely incredible. I love to hop around and see different therapists and I've never had a bad massage here. It can be tricky to get in as they are all so popular, but if you book ahead that solves that problem. They also occasionally get cancellations so you can sign up for text alerts to snag those. Love it!

Place is really nice don't really have a permanent massage person can't really find anybody I wish they had a rating board online so that we could pick and choose who we want working on us. You get what u pay for. Update 2023: This location has hired back some of the better massage therapists so far so good.

Very nice staff, my facialist Marie was wonderful and very kind. Shirley is a great masseuse. I was very impressed with the front desk staff too. I will be back for my chemical peel.

I have been to several massage envy locations but this one by far is the worst. They front desk staff have no courtesy. I was early to my appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquire about my session. Apparently, my scheduled therapist Marie, takes back the wrong client and does not even know who she’s supposed to see. Meanwhile the front desk staff asks me to come back out front from the tranquility room so as to not disturb the guests but would not offer services as it’s already 30 minutes into the session time that has now elapsed. There is another esthetician Victoria, available but can’t see me as it would delay her next scheduled appointment. All I get is the chance to reschedule my appointment with no compensation for the error on their end. I know my wife was charged for the entire session as she was 15 minutes late and was not offered service but if the therapist or the front desk is at fault, nothing absolutely!

Terrible business! I was told by the manager to go ahead and sue the business. Don't have to tell me twice. Lawsuit drafted and filed. Next is service.

This place is way too expensive! They charge you extra for every little thing. It's clean and nice inside but availability is limited and the cost is much higher than I imagined.
