The person who helped me with my fingerprinting, Jeanne, Was super friendly, explained everything to me, and was very patient as my fingerprints wouldn’t take, and she had to keep doing it over and over. She was welcoming every person into the store, people by name, and answering peoples questions while also helping me :-)”

“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”
“Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”
“Every visit is consistently as expected, customers treated with respect, staff friendly and focused on personal service, some basic supplies available but also Notary and the Amazon return box is still easy to use after some training.”
“I ship A LOT for work to many foreign countries. By far they customer service, shipping times and assistance at this location has been far superior to every other option I've used (all the main ones). Can't recommend them enough, especially if shipping out of country.”

“I had no idea this place existed until I started working from home and had to mail several packages a day. The woman that works there, and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, is one of the kindest and most professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This Annex is within 1/2 mile of my home and has been an absolute Godsend!OMG. I just read a post from a Luna Rose! What a racist, Entitled woman! I do business with this Annex almost every day. I primarily just drop off packages to be mailed so they really don't make any money from me. Yet, they are the kindest and most professional people that I have worked with in years! I don't mind telling you that I am a caucasian woman and this "indian" woman, as you so racially described her, is one of the kindest and most respectful women I have ever met! Shame on you Luna Rose”

“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

This locations staff are always super nice, patient, overall just decent people, unlike the El Camino location that seems to make up there own rules about packages from Amazon. I will go there and the runaround and rudeness and then come to this one and not have one single issue. “Our office printer is acting up and although we ordered a new one it is not here yet. We have a trial tomorrow and needed several things printed in color as well as large poster sized boards. I didn't think of them until the last minute (day before) and they were able to assist me - and explain now I needed to make my documents to ensure that they were not pixelated when printed in a large format. Excellent service!”
“Regis has helped me like 3 times in the last month ship a bunch of random stuff. He was super helpful (the whole staff is) and I think they do a great job. Good staff, helpful and friendly, and let's be real, good pricing.
Also not everyone can pull off the round glasses (as a glasses wearer I've tried) but Regis looks like the guy Scotland yard calls when they can't solve a crime.
