Very clean store with great selection of products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Free water testing with full results printed and uploaded to personalized app. They also provide you with a treatment plan to balance your pool. Highly recommended!

Went here today to help with my Polaris and met Danny she was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will always come back for my pool supplies because of her.

I recently had my Polaris repaired at Leslie's. Great customer service!Priese explained my options for the repair. He was very thorough andgave me a few options. He is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All the team members are polite. They even placed my poolequipment in my car. Thank you for the great service. I reallyappreciated it!

Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond to service my Polaris. Cleaned it out then recommended parts and replaced with no cost to me since it was still under warranty.

Brought my pool sweep in to be repaired per the recommendation of my pool person.Turns out just about everything was broken on it.Randy and Danny did a great job of getting it repaired within my budget.

Danny has been so helpful over the past few months. My pool went from green to crystal blue/clear. She is always elegantly helpful, even when the store has a tone of customers. I used to go to Nathan's because at Leslies I didn't feel I was receiving genuine assistance. That has all changed now. Thanks owner for recruiting Danny, she is a great asset to your location. With Love.

Would not recommend any large repairs on equipment from them. They are not qualified when telling the consumer what is best for their current pool systems since they are NOT licensed contractors with decades of experience, trying to down grade materials and under cutting competition pricing with cheaper merchandise to make a sale. Buyer beware!

Just got back from Leslies, Hazel. Its 7/17/21 AM and whoever the jerk working the counter is, in 1 minute I could tell he was a jerk and so I left a quickly as I can. Im on my way to Nathans, I heard the they are jerks too. I guess working in the Pool Business sucks when you have work where everyone else has all the fun. Sort of like the plumber who has to fix the toilet because its clogged with used condoms. Because it sure shows in the personality.

Great helpful service. I like getting my water tested and having the history data show up in the Leslie’s app. I’m learning to do my own pool care and they have been a great resource.
