“Kudos Chai Saephan and the LP Pros at the Fair Oaks store. We had problems with one of the Windmolen fans we purchase from you. We contacted the “service” dept at Windmolen and they were totally useless. In desperation we reached out to our LP folks and we’re lucky enough to speak with Chai. He was technically save’ enough recommending replacing the fan motor receiver and assisted us in getting the part. With a little effort, my bride and I had the fan up and running! Thanks Chai!
