It was such a comfort having Vanessa and her husband as a resource during that first challenging time of my knee surgery. I am grateful and wish to extend a warm thank you for all their help during the past two months. They are the perfect people to do what they do, and I can't thank them enough.

i am so happy i found healthquest. after searching and searching to get medical suppies and equipment, finally i can go in and get what i need. wait! the owner is amazing and cares about the needs of everyone, helpful on the phone, and takes time to get you the right product. i feel very comfortable going in. the employee was very helpful as well. i wil keep coming back.

the Policy on the statement refers to return items not orders placed and cancelled. Again, I was not informed of restocking policy. The business has taught me not to place any orders by phone or pay in advance prior to item being delivered

My only interaction with Vanessa was over the phone, but she was a wealth of information. HealthQuest is an authorized dealer for Flexabed, an adjustable bed that is unusual in that can be raised from low to high, similar to a hospital bed but more for home use and decor. Vanessa was great about answering questions, even contacting the company to get more specific information. The other Yelp reviews are spot on - this is the place to go if you want a wide selection of medical products, medical expertise, helpful information, and outstanding, personable customer service. If I lived closer to Fair Oaks, it would be the only place I would shop for medical supplies.

I was in need of a ride on scooter so I could attend my sons graduation. Health quest was wonderful and had the right scooter that I need. I would not have been able to get down to the football field for the graduation if I didn't have the ride on scooter what a life saver and I was able to enjoy the graduation without my legs hurting. Customer service was wonder helpful Vanessa was the best. If you need to rent a ride on scooter or any other scooter go to Health Quest!

Healthquest is a fantastic store! It is family run and the owners are wonderful people. They have a huge variety of products and if they don't have what you need they will figure it out for you. Seriously recommend Healthquest for your medical supply needs :)

Due to supply chain issues I had a very hard time finding the appropriate crutches for my height after I sprained my ankle. Vanessa was the one who helped me and I can't say enough good things about the amazing customer service she provided! I ordered from them online & picked the crutches up in store and she insisted on carrying them out for me.

After contacting over eight medical supply companies, Health Quest was the only one who could answer my questions regarding wrist splints and thumb braces. They have a wide selection of medical equipment and the staff person was very professional and knowledgeable.
