Don't show up at opening. They opened 20min after the posted time. The phone number is disconnected when I tried to call to verify the times. The guy that ran it wasn't friendly, but he wasn't rude either. Just a meh experience.

I arrived at 5:32 p.m. and all the lights were off with no cars in the parking lot. This was my first time here and maybe they just closed early? But, I was not able to donate my belongings. (But, then I went to a second location about 5min away... and the same thing happened...)

The lady that works here is really rude .it was 6:48 pm and they don't close till 8 pm and told Me she can't take my donations because are cleaning up ?

I have been donating here for over 10 years. Sometimes, they will let me know they can't take something and hand it back to me. Never IN MY WHOLE LIFE have I been spoken to so disrepectfully and rudely by an associate. The older man with the glasses that accepts donations, in front of my son, tried to humiliate me by speaking down to me. I will never shop nor donate to this store again.

I have been cleaning out house & garage, and made quite a few donations here in the last year. The young people who bring out the rolling collection carts are 100% polite, helpful, and pretty quick. It can get a little busy on the weekends in particular, but it's always orderly. Just pull up, wait your turn, and done! If I have needed help unloading they will help. Thank you, Goodwill.

Really not happy with this place. First of all I was never offered a dated tax receipt. I have dropped off ALOT of very good stuff recently. Second of all this is a second hand store. They refused my gently used but good furniture. It was furniture I enjoyed in my own house but I have to let go due to a divorce otherwise I would still be enjoying it. They acted like I dropped off a jalopy and wanted KBB value of a new car. I have used other Thrift Stores before and have never had this poor of service.

I've donated twice at this location. One time I had to wait and once I could just pull up. You get to drive your car up which is really nice. I think you just have to be strategic which what time/day you're planning to donate to avoid the lines but everyone was friendly/helpful here.

I have used several of the different goodwill donation spots, but this one has the best staff by far! Smiles and courteousness.... Through it all! I mean let's face it we're cleaning things out and they're taking them in it's kind of like a chore, but again, everyone was friendly, happy, and so very helpful!
