It's an hour till closing and they already have the doors locked and no one at the front desk. Meanwhile the sign is on and says "open" I knocked but nobody answered. I'll take my donations elsewhere.

I tried to drop some donations off today and they are supposed to be open until 7. I showed up at 5pm and the sign said open but the door was locked. I waited around for a little while, but no one was there.

I've been to this location 3-4 times and had different people each time. They were nice and helpful, and I unloaded 3-6 bags of clothes each time. I thought I would have to got to several locations but this was a one stop! Thanks folks, for making this a pleasant and easy experience

I guess it's true that Goodwill will hire anyone. We are moving so we went to drop off a few boxes and bags of clothes here and were "greeted" (if youd call it that) by the worker on duty named Cindy. She had a scowl the whole time she walled over to us and we already felt unwelcome. Didn't say hello or anything, just jumped in complaining that we had a lot of stuff when we really didnt have that much. I have worked at a thrift store, I know how much people donate in one visit. So we tried to put enough stuff on the cart that she didn't have to make multiple trips, and she whined that it would be harder to pull the cart over the curb if we added too much. Well she used a ramp and didnt go over any curbs so I don't know what that was about, but whatever. Just trying to find something more to complain about I guess? I mean we did offer to do all the unloading and pulling ourselves. The entire time we loaded the cart with her literally just standing in one place groaning over how much stuff we had, making us feel like we were hoarders or something? Also worth mentioning that she only had the push the cart no more than 10 feet from our car on a mostly flat surface. The ramp was only there to avoid going over the curb and was almost flat with the ground. She asked us why we had so much stuff, we said because were moving. and she replied with "even still, I dont even have this much stuff." we told her we live in a house of 5 people. and she snapped back "yeah, so do i." She ended up doing 3 trips because she would not let us stack anything in the cart even though we had plenty of room. She did look a little older, and if pushing the cart was simply just too difficult for her then we could of either done it ourselves or she could have said something. But no, she just didnt want to go over curbs with a full cart. which...she didnt. By the end she asked us "are you almost done?" and we mumbled "yeah theres nothing else." not in a genuine tone, but in more of a please dont come back tone, she retorted "no, with moving." never got a smile this whole transaction, just an impatient frown and irritated snarkiness. I want to again stress that we really didnt have a lot of stuff and she didnt have to lift any of them. We were polite the whole time and were only there for maybe 10 minutes. I'm not saying we expected her to be fake happy and bend over backwards to sound cheerful, we work in customer service and we know it's not fun. But to just be straight up rude and make us feel awkward and ashamed at how much stuff we were donating is not a very good look for a place meant specifically for donating stuff. Some people just can't be helped, even when you're offering again and again. Goodwill, I applaud your skill in selecting the very best workers to represent your establishment. And Cindy, I applaud your effort in finding a job that requires absolutely no people skills or common sense. You're a great team, keep up the poor work.

Staff who "helped" clearly did not like doing his job. It was an hour before closing and he seemed really annoyed that I wanted to bring my donations. He didn't helped me get them from my, but sat in his chair. When I finally brought them in, I asked if I could set them in a basket. He said "yah sure" and pointed while rolling his eyes. Sorry to inconvenience the donation express! I won't go to this location again.

I come here every now and then and always laid back. The staff is very frIendly and usually not too crowded with people. Halloween and Christmas I'll come in to look ffor extra costumes or ugly sweaters. I found the perfect outfit for my work holiday party / ugly sweater. Whenever I come here something happens that brightens my day. Usually staff of someone being nice. Granted someone should (if haven't already) paint or clean off the doodles and writing in the dressing rooms. Some things people wrote are soooo out there and probably would offend people, even tho I got a good laugh at reading some haha Anyways goodwills are goodwills so as far as Thrift store shopping goes it will always be my go to place, it helps that it's right around the corner from my home so good pit stops. I like the corner location

It's Goodwill! What is a man to say? They come in they take your stuff they turn around and then make a profit. It is what it is.

Customer service is lacking. The girl who helped us was rude and ditzy. She said they don't take exercise equipment unless its small, yet their website says sports equipment and other large items. Not sure why they wouldn't take the ab lounger we had, I think she just didn't want to carry it inside.
