We came in to try some stuff out and see what works, and Joe opened our eyes to more facets of sleep than I knew existed. He walked us through different options, asked a lot of questions about us and our sleep patterns and preferences, and crafted a list of the best options for us.
It took us a little longer than usual customers to make our decision (3 days), but through it all he kept a smile on his face, helped us when we had concerns, and even kept our daughter entertained when I was taking too long trying to make a decision. Best of all, I never once felt PRESSURED in any direction. That meant the world to me.
In summation, come in and see Joe when you need a bed, you absolutely won’t regret it.
Update: We needed some additional help, so we went back in to see Joe again. Without hesitation, he did what he does best. Got us squared away, solved our issue, and did it with a smile and friendly conversation as we went. Long as he’s here, we will never go anywhere else for our bed needs.”

“We were referred to Bob's discount furniture by a friend who was very satisfied with his purchase there. Within 15 minutes, we found a couch that was perfect for us. A no-pressure salesman helped us through every bit of the process with knowledge and kindness. While they are not the biggest discount furniture place I've seen, they have what you need and you get a great deal. My husband researched over 40 places that carry their couch, and confirmed that Bob's discount furniture had the best price! Will be picking up our couch this week and can't wait to try it out.”

“I had such a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture thanks to Maria! She greeted me right away and made me feel very comfortable. “We purchased our bed sometime in September We walked in probably like an hour before they closed knowing we were cutting it close but I was determined to try the beds especially after seeing mattresses and frames were in my budget. Bridget greeted us and never once made us feel bad bout the time we walked in. Never mentioned what time they close nothing. She got our names and asked questions about what we thought we were in the market for. She never asked our budget inquired about income, nothing. Just made sure we found what we wanted. Ironically I thought I wanted the more expensive option but my boyfriend and I liked a cheaper option more, not because prices but because of comfort. Because we got a cheaper mattress we were able to splurge on other options like pillows and sheets. Bridget was very clear about warranty, what could be returned or exchanged and what absolutely could not. She made sure to repeat it and actually made it funny and memorable. She was extremely close in helping us find our sleep number but also let us know that number could change over time. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. It was the best experience dealing with a salesperson that I can recall. Since our purchase a few months ago she has texted once a month to make sure we are happy with the purchase and has been very instrumental in help us figure out comfort level and answering questions. I hope to not have to buy another bed for a long time but if I did I would 100 look for Bridget again. A++ on sales, and as for the bed, we got the flex top P5 (not at all what I was expecting to buy) and the flex fit 2 adjustable base which is what I wanted. We are very happy with our purchase. Were just over 2 months in with sleeping and adjusting. It takes time, but we found our comfort levels and we are sleeping well.”

“I needed to find a good quality, and affordable second office chair for working at a new location part time. Saw that they had used and refurbished quality chairs, and stopped by on my way to the new location. They were very helpful in listening to my requirements and I was able to spend a good deal of time testing various chairs that they had in stock. I picked one, and it's worked well.
The amazing thing is that after about a month, one of the armrests split on the chair. I looked into it and found that this is a fairly common problem with this brand of chair. I remembered that even used chairs had a warranty, and sent off a quick email and picture of what the armrest looked like (it happened while it wasn't even being used--also common apparently). They wrote back within an hour or two, and asked for my address to send replacement armrests--alternatively I could bring it in. I provided my address and the armrests were on the front porch a day later. In this day and age, when does this happen anymore? I'm a soloprenuer, so may not have a lot of business to do with them, but next time I'm in need of something, they will be my first stop. Thanks Tom & Connor!”

“I was in the market for a Stressless recliner and knew there were only a few places I could order it. The manufacture sets the price of their furniture, so when shopping around I was focused on cost of delivery. I was thrilled when Gil at The Ultimate Back Store let me know that, not only would they waive the cost of white-glove delivery, they offer an extended warranty on the chair itself. That cinched the deal. But that's not why I'm writing this review... This particular chair wasn't going to be ready for a few months. During the waiting period, Gil called me periodically to check in. He remembered I'd expressed interest in a mattress and wanted to follow up on that, letting me know about a great sale. Then, when the chair did arrive, he made sure it was delivered the next day, during a time frame when I would be home (not one of those 8-5 windows, something that's actually convenient). The delivery team was really nice too. I highly recommend this store - I highly recommend Gil.”
“Wow! What a great buying experience. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed furniture. I visited the website, made a wish list of everything I wanted, and marched over to Furniture Mattress Outlet. I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. And after doing the math, I saved 68% off retail price for all he furniture I got. Insane!! Visit their website because the warehouse does not have a lot of room on the sales floor. “Kudos Chai Saephan and the LP Pros at the Fair Oaks store. We had problems with one of the Windmolen fans we purchase from you. We contacted the “service” dept at Windmolen and they were totally useless. In desperation we reached out to our LP folks and we’re lucky enough to speak with Chai. He was technically save’ enough recommending replacing the fan motor receiver and assisted us in getting the part. With a little effort, my bride and I had the fan up and running! Thanks Chai! That’s the kind service you can expect from the LP Pros!”
