My first impression upon calling into the agency was "this isn't Pizza Hut". Little did I realize that a stroke of happenstance would lead to a more satisfying experience than stuffed crust could ever provide. I was uninsured at the time, helpless on my back and flailing my limbs about in the hot desert sun. Metaphorically speaking of course, well except for the very literal occasion I was preparing for an acting role in the next Animal Planet special. Long story short, don't take more than the recommended amount of flintstones chewable vitamins or you are in for a bumpy ride. But I digress, Robert Nielson and Co. are the epitome of dependability and transparency, two things you want in your insurance providers. From the start I was given an honest walkthrough of every part of my coverage. Never once did they try upselling me or inserting hidden fees. In fact, they did everything in their power to save me money. Now I can drive freely knowing that if things ever went south, I would end up okay.
