I recently visited California eBikes at 8522 Madison Ave, Fair Oaks, CA 95628, to urgently fix my friend's e-bike, which had safety issues and a wobbly frame. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the start. They quickly understood the urgency and offered an expedited service for a reasonable fee.
Their efficiency and professionalism were outstanding. They diagnosed and addressed the issues immediately, keeping me informed throughout the process. They also understood my friend's financial situation and didn't push expensive repairs on me, which I really appreciated. The bike was returned in perfect condition, with all safety concerns resolved.
California eBikes' excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, and expertise made this a standout experience. I highly recommend them for any e-bike needs, whether it's a routine check-up or an urgent repair.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to discover California E bikes. Erica and Ryan are just exceptional. After buying two E bikes, they took the time to explain the features and helped us get our bikes home. I had a small issue with one of the bikes and we took it back to the store. Ryan immediately diagnosed the issue and made the correction allowing us to take our bike home with us. They are just the nicest people you will find. I highly recommend California E bikes. We bought our Velotric bike about a month ago and everything is absolutely perfect. We’ve not been into a lot of biking, but with the new e-bike we’re out almost every day. Most importantly about our purchase was buying from California E-Bikes who answered all our questions and explained differences in the bikes we were comparing. They were awesome to work with and we couldn’t be happier about our purchase!!

I just got off the phone with Ryan, who provided excellent customer service and information. I could tell how passionate he is about helping people fix their equipment and he pointed me in the right direction. 10/10 Give this man a raise!
Unfortunately, I’m updating this review to three stars. We were told by a woman on the phone that they could remove our motor from our bike, but after the huge hassle of loading the extremely heavy bike up and taking it to the shop, I was told they do not take motors off.
I hope they train their staff correctly in the future.

Ryan and Erica thanks for being so cool. I called in the morning on the 26th wed, 6/26/24. Erica chatting with me about my concerns ancered all my questions and did not rush. So I showed up later in the day around 4 pm and met Ryan. Ryan helped me fix my bike on the spot more over Ryan talked through the whole process explaining exactly what he's doing,it was just a tube replacement on my hey bike. But I just want to say thanks to you both your attitude and business is a 1st class act. I'll be back and to the public I recommend if anyone needs bike repair California bike at Kenneth and Madison Ave. :-)

Great bike shop! Found the perfect e trycicle for my brother who can't drive to get to work and the store! Was able to test drive in the parking lot and Ryan was able to drop off the same day to our house! Thanks Ryan!!

So, I recently hopped on the electric bike bandwagon with California Ebikes, and I gotta say, it's been a total game-changer for my daily grind. The bike itself is slick—smooth ride, awesome battery life that keeps me rolling all day without a hitch.
But what really blew me away was their customer service. These guys know their stuff and made the whole buying process a breeze. They were patient with my newbie questions and super helpful in picking the right model for me. Awesome peeps and an awesome experience, very happy!!!
