I was unable to be helped by them because they don’t sell tires, but they recommended that we go to Bob’s Quality Tires. They’re helpful and kind people since I don’t know anything about cars, but was just trying to help my boyfriend. Where they sent us gave us a great deal, and I can see myself sending my boyfriend to them for any future issues. Thank you!

Excellent service! This was my first time bringing my car to Fair Oaks Auto Repair for service and I will bring my car here for all future repairs and service.
Emily is very friendly and helpful and has a positive attitude and a pleasure to do business with.
I recommend Fair Oaks Auto Repair 100 percent!

Stopped here to have a tire patched and the woman who was working today was very kind and helpful. Although I did not get a service done here due to the type of patch that was needed the staff was super helpful and friendly and provided recommendations on places I could go.

Fair Oaks auto repair went way above the standard steps to repair my suburb.
Calling at 4:55 pm, my car broke down near their city. Their hours revealed 5pm closing, but they waived that policy to help me while I was in
Distress. I and my car towed into the ahop as they stayed open for me. Recommended a car rental company and it was ready in 24 hrs.
The owner Kent went to various shops to secure the parts needed. Meanwhile Emily, the customer service rep was so kind and helpful. I ft they not only repaired the car but did it quickly, friendly and less costs do to suggesting a used part.
Given though I am hours away they are my new mechanics. Thank you so much Emily and Kent

I brought my Jeep Renegade to them for a fan repair. with it having 196,000 miles I asked if they coils do a safety check. I didn't want to poor money into it if it was going to fail somewhere else. As it turns out my transmission was on its last leg.They could have easily had an $8,000 job from me. However, Kent advised not to pour any money into it. So thankful for the integrity. Emily was fantastic and gave me some great advice as I search for a new car.
