Drove 1.5 hours to go see a truck, looked nothing like the pictures, parts of front end missing. When the salesman finally came out he was hostile from his first sentence, saying he had other customers what did we want. Asked if he could work on us with price since they had already ran our credit, he said "take it or leave, or GET OUT OF HERE, I have other customers" we could not believe our ears. His name is Sam.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I thought Sam was really cool and the place seemed very good but I was wrong. I bought a car from them in full and 40 minutes towards my way home the car stopped working in the middle of the freeway. I contacted them and they did come back and towed the car back to there lot but ultimately I wanted my money back right because who wouldn't? Selling a car without checking every little detail is crazy to me. They wanted to fix it and give it back to me but I wanted my money back and they really didn't want to until I kept "giving him a headache"(his words not mine) and they gave me most of it back but charged me a 500 cancelation and restocking fee but I only did it because my family lawyer told me it would be fine and it's better to get most of my money back and he could deal with the other 500 later on and is viewing my paperwork I had for it. Sadly to say this experience was the worse I ever had for buying a car.

LABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I m going to recommend them to everyone that I know who’s looking for a car I drove 3 hrs to get a jeep Sam worked with me for 2 days on the financial portion absolutely amazing. Everyone was super patient and easy going. Great customer service. Will definitely be receiving my highest recommendation and referrals from my friends who live at the Air Force base near by. I had a hose bust just normal wear and tear after my purchase and Sam called me the next morning to help me figure things out. They are absolutely AMAZING.

I tried to purchase a car with this dealer and they are horrible to returning a phone call back . I would call daily 4-5 times a day and most of the time someone would tell us they would call us back and
No return calls ever . I had to push and push to finally get that my wife did not qualify and put friend did not qualify because of a 580 credit and a not so good credit , I get that they told us that with that credit we would have to put down 10k on a 17k car and even at that we got no help to try and get our son his dream car . What horrible customer service honestly superb disappointed and now the car was sold . I would give 0 stars but I forcefully gave a 1

Going to Excel Motors was the best choice my husband and I could have ever made. We visited other places but nothing felt as right as the minute we sat and spoke with Sam. He made getting a vehicle with him easy and memorable. I can’t stop speaking great praises about him and his staff. Wru unprofessional they have been argumentative and basically told me that after 6 months of having this car that the problems I’m having with it are now my problem. And oh yeah let me say that the three different mechanics have told me this is an issue that the car has had before I bought it and mind you it’s now a $16,000 repair to fix so yeah thanks a lot excel you took my car sold it in two weeks and left me with a lemon car that I can’t even drive and have to pay 16k for . Yeah a lawyer wooo be involved. Don’t work with these guys you will REGRET IT !!!!

Aryana was absolutely amazing. After a really rough experience with another dealership, she restored our faith in humanity. Excel motors is everything car buying should be. They are warm, welcoming and treat you like family. They even sent an Uber to pick us up after getting rid of our old car. She walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. We are so happy with our new (to us) Silverado 1500. This is the type of business our community needs to continue to support.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this dealership, especially with Sam! From the get-go, Sam provided white-glove service, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Despite being 100 miles away, I called and arranged a pre-purchase inspection for a 2008 Ford XP with 152k miles.
The dealership went above and beyond, dropping the vehicle off at a third-party mechanic on short notice and picking it back up promptly. Not only was the car spotless, but they even stayed open late, delaying a night flight, just to accommodate our purchase—something I'm incredibly grateful for.
The pre-purchase inspection came back positive, aligning with the dealer's description of the vehicle's condition. Just 12 days after owning the car, I faced a sudden emergency where my friend's dog ingested a potentially lethal amount of gum. We had to rush over a mountain pass at midnight in pouring rain. To my relief, the vehicle performed flawlessly—no slips, no engine shuddering, and the transmission was perfect. It effortlessly handled the challenging conditions, getting us to our destination quickly.
This is my second Ford XP and the first one from this dealer. Even when I texted Sam's personal at 10 pm on a holiday about the registration and title, he was responsive and helpful.
They took care of the registration and title transfer for me, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I'll definitely be purchasing all my future cars from Sam and this dealership. Highly recommended!

Horrible car lot they sell lemons they literally sold me a car that was burning oil and they expected me to pay for repairs but drive all the way back to Sacramento from Merced to have it fixed myself. 7 months later my car is not driveabke and I “should have caught it sooner” do not purchase from these guys a bunch of frauds I. So disappointed and now I’m car less !
