Dan Mendoza was super helpful and very attentive in every step of the way of our home purchase process. Made everything look easy. Answered all our questions. One thing we appreciated from him is that he made us feel that it was ok to tell him when we didn’t understand something and he would take his time in explaining it in different ways until we felt confident we understood.

We recently bought our first property near Tacoma Washington and I worked with Jason Vaughn from Empire loans. We originally had a different lender but had to change in the middle of our contract due to difficulties with the first lender and Jason was able to come into the picture with less then a month left til we closed. He was very helpful and we wouldn’t have gotten our home without him. No matter what day or time of day it was he was accessible for questions and to receive all paperwork. Went well beyond what I expected from a lender especially compared to the original person I worked with. I really appreciate his hard work and can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Jason!
