Stopped by and the attendant looked like a regular customer chatting away to another customer so I asked if her worked there and seemed so annoyed and dry, then I asked if they sell a product I was looking for which google search mentioned cvs has it.
She told me the general area where my product “was” but low and behold everything there was under glass and locked and didn’t even care to say “I’ll be there in a moment to open the glass” nope! She just ignored me walking all over looking for my product and kept talking away to this other person.
Obviously they didn’t have what I was looking for but didn’t care to even ask what what that I needed.
I wasted my time driving there and looking around. Could had go for straight to Walmart.

I would give zero star if I could. First of all, I went there and everyone was chatting in the back about their daily life while I was standing and waiting to be helped. This has happened before and there are only one or two employees that actually care about customers. The other time I went to drop off to check status of one of my prescription , and I already knew it has some issues that need to be fixed and VICTORIA was supposed to help me but she was very disrespectful , rude and unprofessional. I will do my business somewhere else.

So I came in to pickup my prescription today at 5:55 close to closing but still I waited in line and watch as these people worked like sloths with zero consideration of anyone else’s time. I waited in line until it was my turn at 6pm on the dot where they then refused to give me my prescription which is just lazy and rude. Then when I asked if they could just help me real fast since I was literally a minute past closing they refused and laughed about how they treated me. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE. They don’t care about you or your time.

After an interaction with Mrs Victoria you either be nice and mess up my prescription or be rude and actually know what you are doing but what kind of en employee acts rude when they dont know how to work !!

If you go to the pharmacy for a prescription and you are being served by Victoria RUN she will give you so many problems you will walk our sicker than when you came in trust me not worth it

I went to the store on greenback ln to pickup my prescription were I was met by your employee Victoria, not only is she ignorant but also rude if the is even possible! I asked for a refill on my prenatal and calcium which I have had before. she strted by saying there is no prescription and after I insisted there is she went to check came back and said its not covered by insurance again i said yes it is I got it before than she proceeds telling me oh your doctor ordered vegan vitamins and we dont carry that! again not true my doctor ordered prenatal and to buy vegan DHL with it so I said no they didnt please refill my stuff i was there 40 mints at that point. She said oh there is no calcium on your file call you doctor! I tried to explain I got it there before and there are 2 more refills! but no she just dont get it ! I walked in and showed them my prescriptions from my doctor but still she said no Its not here I downloaded the CVS app and pulled up my profile to show them THERE IS CALCIUM THERE than the doctor get involved and said yes it is there she was looking somewhere else!! AN HOUR I WAS THERE LATE FOR WORK BECAUSE SHE CANT USE THE SYSTEM IS EMBAREASINGGGGGG

Sent here by a different CVS just to find out the medications weren't in stock. They refused to help order them to my colosest location. What a joke of a company and location.

The CVS on Greenback and Fair Oaks in Sacramento area is a great location. The cashier Justin has great customer service. He's friendly and funny. The store is always clean and organized. There yellow sign deals are great. Easy and accessable right on the corner.

I love CVS for my things I can buy especially over the counter and drive thru pharmacy for my lazy butt.... 😂 People work there deal with too much negativity and I am so proud of them.

worst pharmacy in the area. Constantly queues. The staff is rude. Getting through is a problem every time, they can't find the doctor's prescription.

Not only are pharmacy staff rude, but the pharmacy shuts down completely for lunch from 12:30 to 1:00 and will turn you away if you’re already in line, both inside the store and in the drive-through. Wasted several of my own lunch breaks waiting in line, only to be turned away. As a service provider to the public, lunch and break periods should be staggered during business hours so that customers can still be served.
