For some reason the drive through and inside pharmacy has been ridiculous as far as lines and wait time. Wasn’t like this couple months ago. Seems like its like this everyday night or day!

I worked on remodeling the CVS Pharmacy and I saw all the people that came in and harassed the staff the store staff and the pharmacy staff threatened their lives all because the customer did not have the proper information needed to get what prescriptions that they needed I felt very bad for the entire staff who are amazing and then the store had to deal with homeless people stealing from them almost every hour the store staff was just as amazing as the pharmacy staff I can only summarize that any of the bad reviews are miserable people that weren't treated the way they expected to be treated but they're not special There are rules and regulations and laws that must be followed this store doesn't amazing job given the community it services.

The overweight man with black hair who appears to be a manger should utilized the company’s time more efficiently instead of following customers around the store. He would make better use of his time running in place to get his weight down

This CVS in particular is hands down one of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of giving my business. They put ALL my medications on hold every month, so I have to go through their answering machine service to get ahold of anyone to let them know that my medications are INDEED due. The worst part is the answering service though, I can't talk to anyone and it just gives me the option of leaving a message that they'll simply ignore. This coupled with the store itself being a den for crackheads that I'm basically FORCED to endure if I want my medicine makes me really wish for a new pharmacy. I do not like going here, and the only reason I ever went in the first place is because it was the only pharmacy my insurance at the time would cover. If you can RUN! Run far away from this godawful establishment.

My doctor had a screw up with my medication and I was going to be without it for a few days. The pharmacist was able to give me a two day supply and did it right before her lunch so that I’m not without the medication for a few days while the issue is sorted. Immensely grateful.

They have NO VACCINE AND ARE STILL SCHEDULING. I drove 30 minutes to get here. I won't use CVS again as they can't be trusted.

Came at 3am on a Monday night after an ER visit with a family member. The pharmacist was super nice, he helped us find a reasonable alternative to a very pricy prescription (apparently the prescribed 5% lidocaine patches cost ~$200 but the 4% lidocaine patches are over the counter and ~$12). Even though the meds were just sent over, he still got them ready in only 5 minutes.I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair and glasses and we were very happy with the service.The young ladies at the checkout were also very nice.It’s not fun for anyone to go to a pharmacy at 3am but we had a very good experience.

The phone was answered very fast after I chose speak with a pharmacy member. He told me the name of an over counter medication I needed. Meclivine to stop vomiting. My husband is on the way to purchase it at 11:45 PM. I’m very grateful.

The 24/7 appeal is very helpful though the pricing and the lack of self check out continues to be quite the internist but at least the staff is doing their best to keep it clean and be flexible with the checkout procedures

Please talk to your pharmacy staff about being kinder to customers. Phone call landed me in tears because the person on the phone was more concerned with…teaching me a lesson? I’m still really not sure why she was so callous and constantly cutting me off and saying things like “this isn’t a controlled substance” when i was just trying to explain to her why I’m having trouble with my insurance. This call landed me in tears and her lack of compassion was totally unnecessary, i just wanted to explain what i was going through and why i wanted my full prescription instead of waiting. That call ended with me stuttering and in tears. Sh really didn’t need to be so unforgiving and authoritative, I wasn’t questioning it. I’m terrified to even come back and get the rest of my prescription. It’s a horrible position to put customers in.

Staff members all give conflicting info on medications and policies. Super frustrating when not even the pharm manager gives accurate info and is contradicted by a pharmacist. Gave me inaccurate info that I passed on to my daughter's physician regarding what he needed to do so basically waisted not just my time by a physicians time as well. The only reason I go here is it seems to be the only pharmacy that consistently has her medication in stock monthly. Seems they have only partial quantity available for some reason the last few times which makes it really inconvenient with a C2. They state that corp does their ordering so someone needs to communicate their stock better with corporate it seems.

I always get fast service when I go. Yes, I have to wait in line behind people who don't exactly know if their prescription is ready for pickup. They don't get text alerts, I guess.Mines always waiting a day or three for me

Drove through today for a COVID test. I want to say the person that assisted may have been new but not sure. It took almost 20 minutes just to pull up my information and type in the information. I could hardly hear the person speaking in the mic. I felt so bad holding up the line for customers that were picking up prescriptions and felt the pressure to take my test quickly.
