The CV s in this location don't answer their phones anymore, but you have to leave a message and on the recording, it says they will call you back and I don't know about anybody else but I never get a call back so I have to constantly go in. But I tried the other CV s in a different location. And they call you back within the same hour, and they talk to you, and they get the job done quickly and they're friendly

I would give a 0 if I could. I don’t take making reviews like this lightly and hope this will eventually come across the eyes of CVS management. Please do better with communication on filling rx after hours. Provide adequate staffing to have urgent meds filled, give staff the ability to communicate with customers and answer a phone!! I wish we had ANY other option for urgent off hours pharmacy! This is the closest 24 hr pharmacy and it’s still a 45min one way trip! Do better CVS!

Editing because they have progressively gotten worse. Easily the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. If you have an urgent medication need before other pharmacies close… use another pharmacy.

Afarinoush or something like that a lady with blonde hair at the pharmacy, she shouldn’t be there!! She is rude, disrespectful, a person who delays serving or assisting someone based on their appearance. She made me wait for more than one hour for my prescription after the first interaction.

Horrible customer service. Can't state 24 hours and then close for a ½ every day. Mind you, I sat and waited the 30 mins just for the employees to keep working. There is no justification for this poor management. Rotate lunches. I work as a service manager for a multi trillion dollar company, and this service is a joke. After today, I will be taking my business to another pharmacy, and due to this, the other side of CVS has also lost my business.

The store manager Joseph and his team at store 7553 in Fresno, California demonstrated such excellent customer service that I signed up for my rewards on the spot. My wife used the card the same day in Fair oaks and was very pleased. I've been a shopper at Rite Aid for years but now I will at CVS.

yesterday I went to bring three times for my medicine and my paperwork. Yet again I was sent home with nothing for somebody who has stomach cancer. This is horrible. The first time they canceled with my medicine the second time I got there and I waited in line there was nothing This is crazy so now I’m moving forward to legal action ? I have names and people behind a pharmacy counter that do not work in the pharmacy moving pills around? Giving people the wrong medicine, I saw the two times while I stood in line All they say, is oh Well, we don’t work back here in the pharmacy How was that professional?

If I could give zero stars, I would I’ve been on the phone with them all day. No one can seem to get back to me. I love voicemails. The automatic system sucks. A total fail For me to have stomach cancer and not to have my medicine is crazy I called early this morning hung up real life nutzz I know you’re not on lunch all day ?

Went here tonight to grab some allergy medicine. The gentleman who helped me, I believe his name tag said "Lan" had tons of customers and was doing such a great job of helping everyone quickly and he was so polite while doing so. Guy deserves a customer service award. Top notch.

I usually deal with a female employee at the front checkout who is very friendly. Yesterday, I dealt with a dark haired male with a beard. He really needs to learn customer service. No personality at all. Did not greet me or tell me what I owed. Stayed silent the entire time and acted like he hated his job. Made me feel very uncomfortable and as if customers are an inconvenience. He needs to find a job away from customer service.
