Brent took care of all our insurance needs in a very professional and diligent way. He worked really hard to make sure we had all the coverage we needed and was available to explain things and encourage us. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Brent is helping me through a very difficult restoration of our kitchen red oak floor (primarily) caused by a water leak. The workmanship has been B+ but the personnel & billing remains very questionable, resulting in very unprofessional attitudes and invoice challenges.
