“This shop is amazing. My car had issues over the weekend. I was afraid that a replacement was going to be multiple thousands of dollars and multiple days in the shop.
That was not the case. I contacted them in the morning, they set up an appointment at 11:30 and had my car diagnosed by 11:45 and when I agreed to install a new hybrid battery. It was extremely affordable and finished in one hour. I highly recommend this shop for your hybrid battery replacement.”

“Super awesome. I walked in with a bad battery, the owner was all like aah, so you need one of these? Rattled off the string of numbers... And tossed the needed new battery onto the counter, effortlessly. Stated the price, I handed him the cash and left happy.”

“I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. I totally wasn't expecting that for no extra charge. I wish I had cash on me to give him a tip, but he said he was just happy to help. So the least I could do is leave a positive review for Jake. I highly recommend this store for friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.”

“Took my 08 Trailblazer here and the guy was nice, had me bring it in back for a lightly used battery to be put in. It took less than 30 minutes and was out the door at an amazing price. Not to mention he also replaced the bolts holding down the connectors free of charge. I was amazed and will take my business here whenever I need a battery.”
“Replaced the starter on a 2003 Honda Accord V6 with O'Reilly's lowest price version. William tested it, and the old one. But the test stand showed that the replacement starter was only engaging with the engine flywheel halfway. Which means that even if the replacement starter would have worked for a while, it could have easily caused a premature failure, by not fully meshing with the gear teeth on the flywheel as designed. So he found another replacement that did fully engage. Without William doing that extra testing, this probably have been a much more expensive and time-consuming failure in short order. THANK YOU!!!”

“Simple, good, customer service. I was having weird problems with an Innova engine code reader: The code reader was causing engine codes to trigger on the dash.
The guys behind the counter were patient, exchanged the unit, and ultimately returned it. In the end I bought a more expensive unit which didn't have the weird problem, but it didn't ring up with the sale price listed on the shelf. When I complained, we figured out the sale had expired, but they gave me the sale price anyway. Very nice.”
