Under new ownership I'm pretty sure! Which is a shame because the last owner was a really nice understanding guy... But today I pulled into a stall and sat in my vehicle for no more than 5 minutes finishing my conversation with my boyfriend (and mind you, there was no line whatsoever at that time!) and apparently that warranted the new owner to come all the way up to our car window asking us if everything was ok and what we were doing but in a rude sort of way that just put a bad taste in my mouth. Very unfriendly.

Update your Google Maps. It says that you're open 24 hours I pull up and yes it's very early in the morning but there were Gates blocking the entire facility. I understand but just update the information

Auto Splash is a very good Car Wash! First its affordable $2.50, Second you get hot water washing so your car comes out cleaner.Then there's the owner keeps the place clean and equipment working.Services: Vacuuming

Best self serve car wash around and at a great price of $2.50. The water is hot which is nice on these colder days, there was plenty of soap and the pressure was very strong and did great getting the small bugs off. Plenty of soap and wax and I liked the spot free rinse option at the end. Very clean bays and parking lot also and I could see they work to keep it maintained with some recently painted stands. Also used the vacuums and they worked great and at a great price.

One thing’s for certain, this place won’t get my business again. I brought my car here specifically so I could get the bugs off from driving across the country. I swiped my card and was paying for every second I sat in the stall. I used the tools provided until they failed to get the bugs off of the front of my car. So, again, while the time I paid for was ticking on the machine, I pulled a sponge out of my car meant for removing bugs. I was scrubbing a few spots when a man came over and changed the dial on the machine and insisted I wasn’t supposed to be using my own tools. I insisted it was only a few seconds, again seconds that I paid for. He insisted. I let my time run out rinsing the car off and left. As I left, I noticed there was only one other person washing their car aside from me. This person had SEVERAL buckets of car washing tools of their own and appeared to be fine detailing their car. Maybe the rules don’t apply to men? Unsure. I spent $10 here and my car isn’t even clean. Hope that helps pay for the precious seconds he “lost” while I was using my own sponge.*In response to the comment from the business, “I was just checking on you” was never said. It was repeated over and over that no bucket washing was allowed, while interrupting me saying I was just getting a few bugs off. I didn’t have a bucket. I had 1 singular sponge and the time I paid for was ticking on the machine. Also there are plenty of other options for self washing in the area with similar or improved equipment.
