Excellent customer service, they knew I was in a time crunch & completed the service before the time they estimated they would have it done which I appreciated a lot & even though they worked fast the quality did not seem rushed at all & they even provided a warranty for in in the case that something does go wrong, 10/10 would definitely come to them again.

I am not from the area but was visiting for ONLY 4 days. The wireless camera I had for towing our 5th wheel had been failing. The rear of my truck sits high up so I also needed a camera on the rear plate. I sent a request to a shop and Yelp gave me the option to send the request to multiple shops. Now in all fairness, I was asking for a Furrion to go with another system I have. None of the shops contacted had Furrion. Ok. Still need a new system. One shop quoted me $175 an hour and said it would take 6-8 hours to install. Nope. No way. Not happening.As I was headed into town, Anthony from Sunrise messaged. We went back and forth and I was able to stop by last night to show him my truck. Anthony searched and located a set up that fit what I wanted and had it in store this morning. He told me $800 and change out the door! I dropped my truck off when they opened at 10am this morning as a walk in. Even though they had several jobs that had set appointments before they could get to my truck, by 3pm my truck was ready! Here's a kicker... instead of charging me the $800 and change, I was charged $784. He could have easily charged me what he said but instead he showed his integrity and charged me what it cost. If you want great customer service, INTEGRITY, all at a fair price, go see Anthony at Sunrise.

Lacked the skill set to work on a 2003 Lexus. What a compete group of amateurs. Shop at a diff location than these guys*you never offered to work on it, only said you wouldn't. All caps is super annoying

I was calling around to get quotes to put a push button start in my car. The cheapest place quoted me a 3 hour job max. I called Fari Oaks Stereo and the guy on the phone was so rude. He said it is automatically an 8 hour job. I told him another place quoted 3 hours and he said, "maybe you, but for us it takes 8 hours" and hung up in my face. The worse customer service for just calling for a quote! Cant imagine what it is like if they actually work on your car.

I had a dash cam installed here. They worked quickly everything was clean and they did an excellent job. They had a little bit of problems getting the larger off-brand SD card working with the dash cam but I was able to get that working on my own afterwards. I would take my car's back here if I needed any other Future work. Super professional and fast. Good value

West coast stereo Audio on Arden - scammed me with charging me 3k with parts that were not installed or broken . I found this place base on reviews and they made me feel so much better from the scam the day before . Anthony and Abraham are the best in customer service and making sure they get the job done right no matter how much you spend in there everybody that walks in that door is there #1 customer! Best experience I have had a while in a business with their passion on what they do and they make sure the customer walks out with a smile and definitely reasonable pricing ! Def - going to refer them to friends / family! Thank you guys for making my stereo system sound so good with top quality service all way around .

I went in to get a quote from my vehicle and the experience was very unprofessional!! The girl behind the counter said it may cost me $100 - $150 but when she went back to confirm it became $300. When I asked how are they going to run the wiring the cost went up $650!!! I would recommend never to being your car here if the prices keep changing and you'll never know what the end price will be!! Be very aware of this!

Had an appointment at 10 am and upon arrival the shop was closed, and no one was answering the phones. waited for 30 minutes for anyone to show up and no one did. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Excellent service. Sent a message for a quote to replace a stereo and received a response very quickly even though it was after hours. Was able to get an appointment for the next day. He was fast, friendly and thorough. He even found that the original was wired wrong and fixed it for the new stereo. Works great!
