“Vlad and his team took great care in the repair of my vehicle. They explained the process thoroughly and kept me in the loop via phone calls and texts throughout the process. My repairs included a rear bumper fix, paint, and garnish replacements. I also had a previous repair from another shop redone due to the poor quality. The Re-lux team was able to restore my car to factory finish, and it was all completed in 4-days! I hope I don't have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I'll be choosing Re-lux Collision.”

Due to my work hours, it was challenging to pick up my car, but Syd arranged for an employee to deliver it to my workplace and pick up the rental. I'm particular about my vehicles, and I was nervous about the paint matching, but Excellent did a fantastic job – my car looks beautiful.”

“It was Sunday and I needed a new tire so I could could get to work in the morning. I wish I would of got the guys name because he saved me. I didn't think there would be any way they would be able to mount the new tire for me. He saw me buying a spoon to change it myself. It had to be done that night. He told me if I could get him the Tim within the hour he could get it done for me. I already had it off in the trunk. Brought it in and he got it done.”

“Great place to have your bedliner done. People were very nice and welcoming. Only reason for 4 stars is that my tailgate latch mechanism was sprayed with the bedliner and locked up the mechanism. Wasn’t a huge deal but on my way home my tailgate fell open and when I closed my tailgate again it wouldn’t open anymore. After a couple hours and a few beers of scraping the bedliner off the tailgate mechanism it was fine. Just next time if they read this be sure to cover the mechanism on the next guys truck.”

“They go the extra mile at this store. I forget the young man's name (I'm considered elderly), but I bought headlights and he put them in. Auto zone wouldn't. I thought because they went out at the same time that it may be a fuse. My mechanic was too busy to just check for me after driving from Folsom to Citrus heights. I called another mechanic who said it might be a relay switch. It was just lights! ( So glad now the mechanics were too busy). Just coincidence. I will go there for more things in the future and whenever I have baked goodies this young man is always going to be rewarded! Not just at Christmas. Thank you! Thank you for old fashioned service. Thank you for caring and such a great attitude. Thank you for not taking advantage. This is how we all should be.”
