Went in to see about switching phone services. I was helped by Raymond who was super informative & welcoming. Im glad I decided to come in & switch services! Nice clean store & great shopping center. Definitely recommend coming here. 10/10 ! Excellent customer service !

Not many people enjoy getting a new cell phone. I would compare it to getting a root canal, it’s painful and takes a long time. I went to a different store than I usually frequent to upgrade my iPhone. Jared was awesome. Not only did he give great customer service, but it was probably the fastest I’ve ever gotten a new cell phone in the 20+ years I’ve been an AT&T customer. I highly recommend going to see Jared if you need a new phone. Thank you for making it painless for me today.

I had a great experience at the ATT store on Madison and Hazel in Fair Oaks, CA. My phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) was making horrible noises every time I plugged it in to charge. I tried two different phone cords. I went to the ATT store to buy a new phone, and the two young men working there did two things: 1. They fixed the problem with my old phone (it was the cord, after all), and 2. They found me a great deal on the new phone I wanted, a GS24U with extra memory, at a huge discount with a trade-in in any condition! It's not available until January 31 but I pre-ordered it. I am so pleased!

To whom it may concern. I want to give the district manager at ATT store at Madison/Hazel a heads up to two of the finest representatives , Melissa and Laila who I worked with recently. I lost my phone and was locked out of my account for 7 days. I went to 5 other ATT stores, visited Apple Store and was told each time to go to another store, they could not help me. I visited Melissa and Laila at your store who went out of their way to help me. I came back three times and each time they graciously helped me try to get around the lockout. I hope you can commend these ladies because they are the best you have.p

Allen Goss went over and beyond helping me re-port a phone that was mistakenly ported over to metro. Allen spent almost an hour helping me with my complicated and time consuming problem. While helping me, Allen helped other customers with their issues as well. Everyone in the store was enamored and enlightened with Allen’s knowledge, professionalism, and overall Customer Service. AT&T is very lucky to have Allen working for them.

I try to buy food stuff from store. Today I went to Carl's for the first time in a while. I ordered a big Carl meal, and a veg. Burger meal, for My friend with me. For 2 burger meals, it costs me 27 dollars total. 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks. 27 dollars is outrageous. OMG. I'm totally angry and discussed at the costs. How do these fast food restaurants, justify this costs. How much does a sit in restaurant costs. Guess I need to get out more. Going to happen even less with these costs. Carl's, kiss it. Very angry customer. Costs are out of control.
