Great communication with company secretary. Tech came when promised. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable-had many years experience with company. No repairing was necessary but he had a recommendation that he would relay to my landlord. I would definitely use this company again!

Matt was at my home today servicing my air conditioners. We have a Mini split in my Mom's suite. She Is 90 and he answered all her questions. She said he was really nice and knowledgeable. I have used Absolute Comfort Heating and Air for close to 20 years.
They always do an excellent job.

Jim was absolutely great to work with. He listened to our concerns and then he checked everything. He replaced what needed to be replaced and even took the time to clean around our air unit. Excellent service, and he was really nice! Highly recommended!

Absolute Comfort Heating and Air was easy to work with and we had no issues or complaints at all. They were very accommodating from the start and were fast and efficient in getting our new AC unit put in. I’ve already recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future.

Excellent company did a great job. Another company that came out previously and couldn't even fix my unit. Absolute Comfort tech fixed my unit within five minutes of arrival. Jim stuck around and made sure the unit worked and didn't just take off quickly, which demonstrated excellent customer service. Will look to this company when my unit needs to be replaced. I also heard this company is veteran owned, which makes me want to go to this company in the future as well. Thanks so much for saving me thousands!!!

We highly recommend Absolute Heating and Air-Conditioning to service your HVAC needs.
Absolute Heating & Air was great to work with. I and my wife live as tenants in a rental house, and recently when the area experienced an excessive heat wave (a string of multiple 110+ degree days), the house AC Compressor stopped working. Jennifer and Theresa at Absolute were awesome and got us on the schedule for the next available appointment, which due to how busy they were, was a few days out; however, they promised to send out a technician sooner if timing allowed. They came through for us the very next day - which happened to be the day before 4th of July - and sent technician Jim Waters. Jim quickly diagnosed and expertly repaired the main problem - a bad run capacitor in the external air exchanger unit. He was a lifesaver and his temporary repairs (which included rewiring the power breaker box) enabled our house to finally cool down. He’ll be coming back to complete the job later in the week, but in the interim, things are cooling down nicely. Thank you to Jim, Theresa, and Jennifer, and to Navy veteran and former Navy SEAL business owner Dave R for enabling an enjoyable 4th of July holiday!!!

It was a true pleasure to have our rooftop A/C unit replaced by the crew at Absolute Comfort. Theresa in the office was highly communicative as to all information before and during the process and Bryan, Jacob, Matt, Deven and Jacob did an amazing job with not only the removal and installation of the new unit (had us a working unit in one day during 107 degree weather) but making sure our ducts were sealed, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were up to date and gave a tutorial with the new thermostat. This is a company that understands a concept that I feel has been lost to varying degree across the business world which is if you focus on treating your costumers as if they were you, you will always have happy customers and we are very happy with the quality of work and more so with the quality of the staff. You can feel....COMFORTABLE putting your trust in this company.
