I just wanted to say how thankful that I am today for a lady named Amy who helped fill my prescription. She was super kind and helpful and quick. A lot of places have terrible customer service, but she makes a difference in someones day with her kindness, thank you!

Rancho is a wonderful small local pharmacy that serves the Exeter area. With a good staff and reasonable prices, Rancho Pharmacy can serve your every pharmaceutical need. People do not understand the significant restrictions placed on pharmacies by state and federal regulators. I have never known Steve to not try to make things right if there is an issue. If you live in Exeter, go to Rancho Pharmacy and experience the difference between a chain store and a locally owned and operated business. On yet another note, I hear Rancho is going to bring back the Yogurt bar that we all used to go to

Great service! Very kind and generous! My daughter with special needs was very sick. They held the doors open until I could get there to pick up meds for her breathing treatment. Always timely and quick to fill prescriptions. What happened to online refills? Either way, best pharmacy in Exeter!

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. My baby was born two months early with horrible acid reflux and his doctor had put him on an antiacid for three months. This pharmacy gave me one months worth and refused to refill it because they "overlooked" how many refills it had. My baby didn't get his medicine for 5 days and was choking, turning blue, and foaming at the mouth because this guy overlooked his prescription. When I called he told me it wasn't his fault my baby was born early. His name is Steve. DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

I waited and waited and was never even acknowledged. As soon as the next couple came in they were greeted and helped. I will NEVER go there again
