“I come here, I don't go to the pharmacy very often but when I do I don't seem to have the problems that are posted on here. There is a line for the pharmacy and sometimes you have to wait almost 5 minutes. Maybe they have improved since then? Most of them were from 4-6 years ago. I don't see any reason not to come here. A friend of mine says the ice cream from the scoop shop sometimes has a grainy texture to it. I have noticed it too but not all the time. It might be some flavors and not others. Ask for a sample to check first.”
“I recently switched to Sierra Vista after using Rite Aid in Exeter for years and I’m really glad I did. Every member of the staff is so nice and so helpful. Our prescriptions are always ready on time and surprise! Free delivery! That alone is worth the switch. They really deserve all 5 of these stars!”

“The woman who answered the phone was so polite and took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot). It's night and day compared to how CVS treats it's customers. She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or problem. I really appreciated that. Can't wait to switch my prescriptions here and never stepping foot in another Corp pharmacy again.”
“I needed to have a prescription transferred to this Walmart pharmacy from an out of state Walmart Pharmacy. I was happily surprised at how fast this pharmacy had my prescription ready. My husband has used this pharmacy in the past and they were a little slow getting his Rx filled. I called them, gave them my info and within a few hours, my prescription was ready.”

“My husband was a pharmacist. He used to fill a prescription every 3 min for 12 hrs straight, besides counseling patients, talking to doctors and dealing with insurance companies. The techs work just as hard, filling, double-checking, stocking, dealing with insurance, answering questions AND serving customers. At least now they get a lunch break!! Pharmacy laws are inflexible. If they fill your prescription early they lose their licence. PLEASE CUT THESE PEOPLE SOME SLACK!! They do a very stressful job amazingly well and they remain polite in spite of angry customers who don't understand. They wtch the line and add cashiers when possible.”
“After trying to make it work with cvs and Walgreens, rite aid at walnut and acres was recommended to me. What a breath of fresh air. Smiles, attentiveness, efficiency, willingness, adaptability. It was such a pleasure to go there. The pharmacy staff was wonderful. It was such a shock after many many many experiences with cvs whose staff were overwhelmed. Tired. Uninterested. If not oblivious some were practically rude. Not the rite aid team. My confidence was restored.”

He didn't seem annoyed in the slightest.Stephenie patiently explained how to take medication that was new to us. She was also kind to my niece, which was nice to see.Cassie was talkative and kept a smile on her face while scanning our items. She has a great sense of humor as well.With wonderful workers like them, I definitely had a good experience at Rite Aid. Would definitely recommend coming here for your medication or just to shop around.”
“Clean store, kind staff, and clearance deals for a day or two after holidays. Sometimes the store is lacking with the stock for snack shelfs but otherwise everything else is an easy find and in stock”

“Me and my parents have been going to Rancho for a few years now. Both Amy, and the owner Steve, have been so incredibly kind to us. All the other workers are also kind. This is a well-run pharmacy. They're consistent and fair. They always try to make sure medications are in stock. They really care about their customers. Honestly, pharmacies like this are so rare. We consider finding them a God-send. We drive 30 mins (used to be an hour where we lived before) each way to get to them because we'd rather do that then deal with any other pharmacy. Highly recommend!”
